Stunted plants! Some starting to flower

started some new seeds about a month ago and seem really stunted and just dont wanna get bigger some started to flower! not overdone it with the nutes either just been giving plant start in ph'd water with rhizotonic????????? Some look happy and others look really done in the dumps.. Is it my 24hr light that is stressing them ?????

Sorry about pic quality! In need of some advice pronto as the auto's have started to show white pistals and dont want them to start flowering at this size

i'm not going to try to diagnose any particular deficiency, because i'm just not sure. It looks like they're in coco.
You should be giving them some nutes. Month old plants need food. Don't let the coco dry out, give them nutes, maybe half strength.

I had all my c99s in veg start flowering a few months ago. Finally after a long long time, they acting right again. Probably started as a nute def, or pH problem. Whatever it can take a while for things to get right again.

As far as I know you should always drain some water when you are watering on coco.
I wonder also if the plants get enough oxygen in their pots....
