Starting a grow from 12-12?

If anybody has experience with this method of cultivation I would appreciate a rundown it's relative strengths and weaknesses. I have seed to spare, so I can overplant, but will this work better with sativa crosses, do you think? many thanks I have limitations on space so I can't run a seperate veg..

If you're thinking sativa in a confined space then 12/12 from the start is the only way to go. My T*Haze x Skunk#1 (aka Thunk) was in full blown stretch mode for 20+weeks of 12/12. Along the way I threw out at least as much as I kept. Forget about maxing the plant, you probably wont have the space. Concentrate on maxing the cab. This will mean throwing out handfuls of growth on a regular basis to keep what's left free of condensation and mold. I won't lie to you, chucking growth isn't fun, it sucks thinking about what could've been. But, everything's a trade off. You're limited by the space you have not the space you wish for. As long as you max the cab, you've done all you can do.
