Im making a reflector out of a piece of ducting for some cfl`s i bought

Out of these 2 options which do you all think would be a better placement for these light sockets ?

Should i mount them on the inside or should i cut out holes and feed them through the top ?

Thanks for your advise fellas

it depends on the curvature of your reflector and the size of your CFLs, you want the bright part of the bulb at the focal point. From what I can see looks better on the outside, but a side shot with the bulbs would help.

Well i just got finished cutting the holes and putting them in

Shit was hell to do cuz i dont have tin snips ,

I had to use plain steal scissors , so the dame edges or jagged and sharp lol

It looks like fucking shit , not centered and shit , but fuck it , it will still work lol

Rat tail file or some foil tape will cleanup or cover the edges. McGyver lives.
