Any Old Stoners Who Rip Bongs?

Primarily joints for 37yrs.
My son's friend started blowing glass and made me a set of really nice heavy 18" beakerstyle bongs.
Gave one to me Bro-in-law, 64yrs old and loved the piece. He had been using a little metal pipe for the last 15 yrs.
Gave one to me partner, he was using a plastic tube bong. So dirty it was all I could smell acrost the room. I included a bag of rice and acouple of bottles of iso.
7mm glass with some custom features, but no swirly shit. Scientific style. I love it, but still the wife and I mostly burn doobs. The simplicity of kickin it on the back patio, puffpuff pass.
Now my bong is used mostly for bubblehash, fill the neck with ice and pull acouple rips of bubble....yummm

Hehehe. My roomie got one of these when they first came out. Shotguns without putting a lit doobie in your mouth was a big step up. Contained the secondhand smoke from the doob so it didn't stink up the place when you weren't inhaling. Thanks for sparking that particular memory!

That's strange I was injured in 97 and in 98 I started working with clay trying different styles of pottery. After messing with it for a couple of years I quit. About 6 weeks ago I started making things by hand not using my wheel. I have been hand coiling bongs! The first one I made was in2000 and I couldn't find a stem for the bong. Then the ones I found were expensive. So about a month ago I made another body and started looking for stems on line. Too expensive when you are on disability. Then the light went off. Make the whole thing out of clay. I have 4 made waiting to be glazed but I will build at least 10 before I fire up the kiln.
And I thought I was hardcore at 5 or 6 bong rips daily. Does breathing still work?
I have top-notch lung capacity. I live in the mountains and I walk about six miles a day. I do bong rips three at a time; thus my user name. One three-hit per hour for 16 hours or so is about 48 and I usually do a little more than one three-hit an hour.
I used to smoke three packs a day of Marlboro Reds and eight to ten pocket-pipe bowls a day of Mexi-Brick. Talk about compromised breathing. 16 years and several thousand miles of walking later and my lungs are doing great now.
I find that the bong is easier on my lungs than a glass sherlock or a wooden pipe. For me, anyway.
I puff a minimum of ten fat joints a day,with bubblehash in them.It comes out to over a 1/4 oz everyday.10 fattys dont seem like alot to me though.
