Inreplyavalon- The OSB is easy to mount things to basically. The vapor barrier will surround the "box" its self. This is in a metal building which can "sweat" in rapid temp. changes, like sun down on a hot day. The vapor barrier will help protect the outside wood from any damage from sweating. They say it can get bad enough to feel like a rain storm in there.

The water tank is in the hizouse. 500 gallons

Store run, 450 pounds of EWC, 10 bags ocean forest, 10 bags canna coco, 10 bags happyfrog, 5 bags large perlite, 7 hoods, 4 ballast, and some bonus t5 4 fott 6 bulb for the mamas. Lots of pots and this and thats!

I have two more major orders to make and everything will be enroute to outfit this beast. Toys will be flowing in for a while now I will keep you updated

Choc- Small tank? It does have a manhole cover on the top but I don't imagine ever needing to go in nor will I lol.

Josey Whales- I told my gf when she got home I was opening a store lol. Had to rent a truck to go pickup that load! I can't wait to gut my two basement ops and get everything all in one place, it is going to be insane. Just my shelf of shit I don't need or use will be sick...

Burning Tree- Hell yeah man I love it, almost went with the 1000 gallon but decided to save a little cash and went with this one. I had it delivered, delivery was almost half the price. If you can find one locally do it, I looke dat tractor supply and they didn't have anything that was more vertical then wide. Plenty to choose form but take up to much square footage. Well today nothing is happening today, I had to mow lawns and go make my rounds on my other two rounds that are getting close. I have 2K of grape bogglegum finishing up any day now, and 4K of sour strawberry kush in the RDWC buckets on day 35ish. Tonight I am ordering some more toys, had to let the debit card cool down lol. Hoping to be moved into this place and up and growing in about 27 days!

Unfortunately soil does not mix it's self. I grinded out 4 of my 10 batches on hand tonight, it is an ass kicking. About 350 gallons of soil. Had a long day before I started this venture, and after mixing I had to reloacte about 100 4x8 5/8 plywood sheets. I am smoking a fatty of sour bubble and going to have a soak in the hot tub, ouch! Back at framing tomorrow morning, have a huge lawn to mow, appointments to schedule, a 2K harvest, a metric shit ton of soil to dispose of, a patients to meet hours away, plants to water, pollen to collect, about 40 transplants to do, home deopt supply runs, and RDWC buckets to maintain. Phew! It is going to be a long weekend......

Pretty much done, at this point, you ball it all up and start over.

I know a lot of people will be curious to know what is in the mix, I will share later when I have the energy to type it out. It is super simple to run I have had many first time growers jump into commercial production and succeed.

bad ass my 5.4k polebarn wants a face lift. I have been having great harvests with hempy buckets man. Something to think about.... Im running four 3 gallon hempy buckets under each 1k with flora nova and it is giving me one and a quarter to 1 and a half bos per light. plants are huge but it fills up my 4k flower with just 16 plants. That leaves alot of room for veg and clones. strains... strain selection... and hopefully breeding. I was going to do rdwc but didnt want to mono. with the hempy i can run 4 different strains under the same light and feed and flush according to strain. 10 ft cielings make this method a deff. pluss because if you veg belly high you can still pull it off. Good luck man the build is looking great.

wow! Is it ok that i start all of my posts with wow? everything looks great!, and good progress with the build. If i was mixing all that soil i think i would be using a cement mixer, but that is just lazy me. Looks like you have alot to to theese days, wish i could help
