Good. Then why is this thread 50 pages deep? Did they about face?
The war on drugs is easily the most asinine war of all time. The US citizens let the US Gov't take over and run their lives on fears their kids will become addicts. We don't need the Gov't to protect us from ourselves, We need to protect the Gov't from itself. Otherwise, admit society has become to ignorant to raise its own kids and believe they know their ass from a pile of gov't bullshit.

do you know for a fact your club isnt getting shut down? I read that the US attorney was processing more letters

We have already done it...keeping everything as close to legal as possible, donating $$ to the community, etc-- But if told to close, we will have to--
They will take their sweet time and do the closures methodically...the most profitable will be targeted first, not necessarily the largest...they need funds and this is free and easy pickings...
No I dont know for a fact, no one knows what the future will bring, but they havent yet and my boss went and talked to the local LEO and city officials and they have no problem with us here. So I hope thats an indication that they wont bother us...*fingers crossed* just in case hehe

So the DOJ sells guns to the Mexican cartels such that they can wage war on innocents, but closes down dispensaries when he said he would leave them alone.

SAN JOSE, Calif. -- San Jose's mayor is calling for an increase in the city's tax on medical marijuana dispensaries to fund a special election on the city's pot regulations.
Mayor Chuck Reed says a referendum to repeal the new regulations crafted over the past two years could cost the city $1 million.
Marijuana clubs oppose the rules and have gathered nearly 49,000 signatures for a ballot measure, far more than the 30,000 needed.
Club owners say the new regulations would invite federal raids by forcing dispensaries to grow marijuana on-site. The rules would also require more than 90 percent of the city's clubs to close.
Reed said in a memo Tuesday he wants to raise the dispensary tax to 10 percent, up from the current 7 percent rate.

Time for Americans to take back there Country and put sum real decent young people in control.
CHuck Reed (San Jose Mayor) is a total tool but what I have heard this is going to happen.
I don't want to spread false info, Does anyone know the deal with Good Karma Growers Collective? I've been told and read that they have got the 45 day letter and their considering closing. Anyone talk to them or hear for sure?
