Outlaws Magic Merlin casting a spell on SoCal Master Kush

Hey all this was a little project I was doing a while back. Using SoCal Master Kush as the pollen dumpster. The males used were very similar one purple the other blushing purple. They both had very strong smells, one of lavender soap, the other like a burnt tire. Big flower clusters and vigorous growth. The only thing that could have better would have been more trichome production. That was at a minimum, however there were trichs present. I have finally gotten around to sprouting 12. All 12 have cracked their shell and are pushing root tips on all but 2. These are going to be interesting.

The Magic Merlin phenos that I got from the pack were fairly uniform, GDP x Double Purple Doja F3. The keeper pheno I have left smells sooo much of grapefruit I think SOTF420 would be proud!! It reeks just brushing up against it in veg. The purple pheno I got was lame. Loose flowers everywhere. extremely tight internode spacing and loose purple flowers...lame.

Will post picts of the Magic Merlin and her daughter The Merl, MM f2, 3 weeks into flower when I get a chance.
Possibly going to use a male to pollinate both mother and daughter.
What more is that I will have space within a month to run large numbers and chose the plants accordingly.

Your plants sound awesome.Please post some pics when things progress...I had promised myself i wasn't gona run any purples anymore.Due to poor yield and waste of space.Cause im trying to make bank.

After reading your post ,ive become inspired.I still smoke 1 time every 2 months.So whats wrong with having some of the best headstash ,at the cost of space.I just put in 50 magic merlin f4's in water ,they lean to the gdp side.So yield is small.But hopefully i can get them to pop,Its been awhile ,and if you don't use a strain .eventually you lose it ...

I will post a few picts tonight of the 2 different plants I have left of these. Large flowers mostly light purple to near magenta calyxes. has a soft herbal lavender aroma but only when crushed. High is mediocre. Of those 2 females nothing stood out for me. I will however flower them again...just to be sure. I will see if there is any dried flower lying around and get some picts.

As for the other spells these dudes in the Bx2 generation are going to be varied, XXX OG, Pre-98, F-13, Chem '91, Chem valley Kush, Grape Ape and many more. I will have to send in testers. Too many to ever get to. I will keep this a running post and get some picts of the Bx2 female. I have about 40 more of these seeds. So i will be popping 3 at a time simply keeping any of the outstanding ones and discarding the others. Have too many projects going on right now to do all at once.

Snaggle you have some f4's, thats great. Colored like the GDP? The male I had from original seeds turn most/all of progeny purple to some degree...except the Merlins?! Would love to see some picts.
