I like the story. I like the idea of someone finally coming to the realization that they are scum and changing their way. Maybe someone should send this story to H^20 for some inspiration.

Have ink myself but on the face holy moly! Fella had some major hate to get face inked, and that just don't go away with removing a tat. Yay I'm on Yahoo cause I'm a fucked up changed person....get real.

Here's an even better story........ dude grows up without being a scumbag racist fuckhole, meets a girl who also isn't a scumbag racist fuckhole and they raise their kids like normal adults. They deserve attention. Instead people read this shit and say, "oooh, look at how he's changed. what a great guy" and give some asshole credit for doing the things he should have been doing from the start.

You're naive if you don't know people like that change all the time. If the story doesn't bleed it doesn't lead so these stories get lost.

That's not a story. I'm not sure it's even an anecdote. A story requires conflict and transformation. Such as a skinhead in conflict with his past behavior and his struggles to transform himself into something better.
People CAN change!!! There are many examples of this all around us. Yes ,he was an ignorant human being for his beliefs. BUT part of me wonders,if he did not have all that shit on his face??? Would he still have the hate for other races. there were a lot of white power folks where i grew up, hearing of any of them coming to a realization that it's wack and trying to turn their life around is a great thing to me

Hell, if he's just willing to drop the hate I'm all for the guy getting his tatts removed. As far as I concerned the guy doesn't have to 'feel' others personal standards, doesn't even have to 'gell' with minorities in a direct sense.
