what aren't you liking about the nelly m8 ?
i've got a couple of clones rooted and was gonna try em in a scrog but will take a few extra psycho or kq to use instead

Its not a patch on psychosis mate in terms of vigour and yield i prefer bluejack to it any day infact the nelly is going in the bin
the casey jones is far superior than it too even my bluecheese cut that i binned is better

Also I dont know why she is not doing you proud? I yield very well from her and found her nuggets hold their weight and shape throughout drying. She will always have a home with me

Only thing i didnt like about nelly cheese in growing terms was it has weak branches, but exo cheese has them so its just how it is. Apart from that, best cheese x ive ever tried hands down, and yields well if tied and bent. Super stinky, outstink any of the cuts i got left bar maybe the pyschosis x sd. I just got fed up of the super earthy, menthol, hashy raw taste of it, and the high of cheese isnt the greatest, but nelly is a knockout smoke if you like that sort of thing.
Just potted up all my cuts from 3inch pots to 6-8inch pots. Find i get a much better root system if i start in small pots and go up slowly, rather than being lazy and potting straight into big pots.

Got my camaera working again somehow. Its a funny old thing, so here's some pictures of the new setup with air-cooled diamond hood attached to an L1 6inch RVK, and going straightout the tent and through the filter.
The new setup is in a 1.2x1.2x2 metre budbox with a 600watt compact ballast. This is a shot of the 2 pyschosis x sour diesel and 1 purple kush in the tent. They are all on day 35-37 and are drinking 12 litres of water a day between them. Which is big water usage for me. These autopots aint half bad.

Now, quickly back to area 1, which only has 1 plant in there now, which is the dna original diesel. Its under my old 400watt light on its own in the old smaller tent and is on flush. Today is day 63 i think.

No it dont, which is why i prefer it to the blockbuster, that and its only £58 on ebay. You can choose whether you want to blow cool air through the hood, and have another fan/filter in usual spot, or as i am doing, suck the hot air straight from the bulb and out the tent. The fan i am using is a pretty powerful one, moves something like 680 cubic metres of air an hour, and you can literally feel it sucking if you put your hand there. Its a dual parabolic hood aswell, so all light is directed downwards, no loss to the sides like with an open ended hood. I do have a thing called "the equalizer" under my bulb, but that is a hot spot diffuser and just a pretty thin piece of shaped and holed metal. Supposed to help the spread of light aswell, but the air-cooled diamond hood is made to fit a 1.2 metre square tent, so alls good really. The dimensions are 65cm x 64cm. The blockbuster is 65cm x 65cm, so you are getting a allmost similar size hood, with no glass, dual parabolic, 2 ways of use and a third of the price. I'd recomend them to anyone. I was shown them by Dr.D who said he liked the usual diamond hoods and i came aross the aircooled version. Made by some pretty top boffins. Top in UK anyway. Great value for money.

Killerqueen is a definate keeper. Great bud density, lovely fruit candy smell and frosty as hell. Not sure about the original diesel. Smoking some test buds at week 10 and its allright but not as nice as the kq.
So far looks like kq, lv purple kush, pyschosis x sd and my pot of gold cut. Still guna run chem d a couple more times though, as it has that danky flavour.

Chopped the original diesel at day 75, just couldnt wait for day 77 as was told. lol. HUGE yielder, id guess between 6-7 ounces. And it was under a 400watt with 4 others for most of the time, so i think thats very good. It might evcen be more. I dont remember ever having a jd bag stuffed out fat 3/4 of the way up with fat ass buds, stinking like fuck. I expected the killerqueen to be the yielder, but this OD has outdone it, though i was chopping off the killerqueen before i cut it so i didnt have to buy smoke.
So my old 1metre square tent with 400watt is now empty and turned off for the first time in years. My new 1.2 square tent with the 2 pyschosis x sd and 1 purple kush went onto flush yesterday. They are at day 50 or something i think. The 600watt light with aircooled hood is definately improving the size and vigour of the plants. 12litres per day between 3 of them is being drunk, which i never had when handwatering.
I have decided to try something new also with my next crop. Instead of mixing and matching my nutes, after reading, i am going to use the plagron cocos concept. The plagron nutes are as organic as they can be, but not completely organic, so im going to see if using a whole range from them on coco will result in equal if not better yields and even better taste, as they say should happen.
I've allready got the plagron cocos a+b, all i need is plagron roots, plagron enzymes and plagron green sensation. Not a massive list of bottles to buy, and they mention these nutrients being purposfully made to work with each other and produce better results. All are cheap apart from the green sensation which is a little pricey, but you only use it for 3-4 weeks in flowering at 1ml per litre and is supposed to make all other flowering stims/boosters unessacery.
There schedule is for a 12 week flower. And they say to use the GS from week 4 of flower to week 8, as i wont be doing any 12 weekers, and mostly 9 weekers, i will be giving it from week 2/3-6/7.
I hope it works, as im not sure im getting the best out of things with the nutes i am using. Not using canna coco a+b ever again. Its very weak and less stuffed with shit than plagron, h&g, conuiseur and a few others.
Does anyone else use only 1 nute lineup and rekon they get better results from nutes made to work together rather than mxing your own and hoping for the best?

I was thinking of getting the plagron coco for this run of all plagron, as plagron coco has trichoderma allready added to it. I am not sure if biobizz or canna do. And trichoderma ias good shit and is supposed to work well with the plagron roots.
I only really trust the companies that dont have a box full of bottles to buy. The plagron cocos concept has 5 bottles total, same as canadian xpress coco setup, h&g has a few more options, but things like AN that have about 10+ bottles to buy put me right off. Reason i choose plagron is i allways found their soil and coco to be of a much higher standard than canna or biobizz and they are trying to make the coco growing as organic as they can, but dont bullshit you and pretend its organic and will perform the same as chemical. They say its as organic as it can be but chemical aswell. Plus my mate was using the plagron cocos a+b and i noticed how much leathery and hardy his plants looked. Really healthy looking. And that got me to reading, which got me to thinking maybe using all plagron will give me even better product. and i have a gut feeling it will too.
