4 X 30W .. what can i expect?

I'm with Bonsai and Friend (assuming this is your first grow?), don't expect ANYTHING more than an extremely valuable learning experience, and be pleasantly surprised when your patience, research, and effort reward you with some bonus nugs!
I've got 2 1/2 previous grows (one cut short) plus a few other failed attempts behind me, plus my current grow, and I'm still learning so much and screwing things up (great learning experiences) and figuring out how it all works. I think for me at least, focusing on the giant pile of dank buds that I MIGHT possibly be able to have further down the road takes away focus from all of the other things that will have to happen in order to get to that result.
If you want to maximize your yield, what type of conditions will the plants needs? How can you provide them with those conditions?
To answer your question though, or pitch in my own experience at least, I had 5 CFL's (3x42w, 1x23w, 1x13w) in a tiny cabinet and grew 4 clones in plastic beer cups/soil on my second grow and got around 3/4 oz maybe more, and I learned a LOT (aka screwed up a lot and learned from it) from that grow.
And I had to laugh at the last part of Friends post:
if you get one gram you should consider yourself lucky
haha my first grow (3 CFL's in a PC case) I wound up with just over a gram of very dry, very airy, and very harsh bud... gotta start somewhere!

yea as said above... i grew out about 16 males before i got a female when i first started. then the female i did get was stunted and still ended up diyin...lol. only took about 6 months just to get a female threw flower straight 12/12 from seed. 3 different methods were used soil/hempy/small dwc and 10+ plants at a time in enough space for 4 tryin to get sumthin to smoke outa it. ended up with just under an ounce about 22g off my first female. u kinda have to consider all the practice i had with growing males.

4x 30 watts is only 120watts... 4x 20 watts is only 80watts... need more lights to hit ur wattage that ur lookin for too. remember more watts=more heat.
