Self Publishing! Authors unite - tomorrow, maybe

Just checking out self-publishing for the first time and downloaded a program and bookmarked some pages...you can convert you word file into an ebook for FREE. As long as you don't mind some DIY. It's incredible how much technology has changed...and I never thought about publishing anything. Today, for free, I can get a book I have on a word file, and convert into the formats for Amazon's Kindle and ebooks as well as Apple's..and one site, wordsmash? even MARKETS the book for you. What I also want is an option to publish hardcopy. I'd like to print like 20 copies.
I was thinking about publishing some of my crazy off the wall papers from college...but they're on a computer at a relatives far away and I have no way to access them. So I guess I'm going to keep Googling and see if I can't find one or two I actually put online somewhere. Probably own't find anything. What I'll do is start writing a horror novel.

well I thought it was understood that I would be the 6th man for an airport currency exchange robbery like with Lufthansa in the 70's, Still haven't gotten the call, so I guess it's time to start putting my imagination and creativity to work!

I have GOOD material...well first I have the academic papers...these are VERY interesting, could charge just .99 cents a copy for ebook, and my theories and writing was so intense it would fly off virtual shelves.

But I can't access those papers now. So it's all up to my brain. I have CRAZY ideas that put Stephen King to shame...like Salem's Lot on acid.

I really want my academic papers.

This is a self empowering technological advance that someone with something to say or sell can do it. Sometimes once the ball is rolling, it takes off, this is a way to start.

And any idea can conceivably find a market.

Very nice bro. I've always thought it would be badass to write a novel. I've got a couple sweet ideas floating around and do a lot of reading.

If I could only find where I left my copy of 'Creative Writing with ADHD'

There was this dude who was kind of creepy/borderline schizo and the other two cats in the cell wanted him out, so they told him the infirmary had real soft mattresses and pillows.
They said all he had to do was tell the prison doctor the hot dogs were talking to him...son of Sam shit...he fell for it.

They neglected to mention the spread eagle portion of the arrangements.

Try answering this question for your freedom/back to population:

Prove to me you're NOT crazy

Good Luck

Alright!!!! Woohoo! I've got 2 ebooks on Amazon Kindle Direct one on ibookstore and one on Nook. Still have one I need to put on ibookstore and Nook. This shit is awesome. I'm publishing some college papers as part of a series and working on some longer horror novel ideas, when I come up with something 200+ pages I'll work the hardcopy publishing into the game as well. Lots of stuff to write on. Hell yeah I have ISBN's now!!!!

Are you looking to publish in hardcopy? If so, you can try Lulu press.

My husband just got me a Vizio Tablet and I have both of those Apps on it. I'm going to need some good reading while I'm in the hospital and for afterwards, during my recovery. A lot of the stuff I want is surprisingly expensive for a flipping e- reader.
