I know I have my own things that I look for in a dispensary, but if you were to imagine the best dispensary you ever visited, or found one that you like, what sets that dispensary apart from the others?

fair prices in a wide variety, knowledgable staff, real sativas, good genetics in seed and clone form, a mostly clean calm environment, nice but obviously strong security that could easily handle most situations but has no need of being loud mouthed non stop motor mouthing (hahaha)

i like it when they have some forms of magnification, when they don't manhandle the buds, when the buds are treated with respect and not missing half or more of the outer trichomes

edibles are nice, but only when they are priced fairly and are fresh, ice cream and sodas and space cake and baklava and peanut butter cookies and fudge, butter and oils to make your own, tinctures are good too

good deals on trim for cooking or making stuff like your own tinctures

the specials, the points, the sales, the special deals on special days of the week, the freebies for first time patients, the sexy nurse stripper holding a giant vape bag on the fliers, the freebie rolling papers or paper thin glass pipe, all of that stuff i always regarded as bollocks, if it's a good dispensary they have good herb at fair prices and that is what used to make me happy before i started growing my own

please skip the low-priced garbage and just fill up on top shelf.

Agreed, for me a pot smoker i bring my own knowledge (which usually cant be topped by any Dispensary worker).the only compassion to me that is a must is on Price. you could be a douche but have truley the very best weed at the best price, Im there regardless of compassion/attitude.

What I really want to see is a dispensary only concerned with the BEST. Best quality smoke(Cause they have actually smoked it) best High(if the high is unique/different Purchase it) no need for 7 variations of a mendo purple/GDP/grape ape. And only truly excellent flush and cure. Cant tell you how many dispensary workers agree when I say ya but it not a good flush or cure.

if I was a dispensary owner i would have 1 buyer who knew his/her shit and twisted up a sample of any meds presented for sale and if it wasn't the best in all three categories they would pass with a resounding no thanks, again regardless of price.

One of the Buyer at FHWC was saying wow he picked up a couple pounds " that when completely dried up were over an ounce light." Well what the fuck are you doing buying wet weed anyway - ... oh well hes a good and well known patient to the club. I thought SO the fuck what?

i feel there is a place for mids and low grade and even crap grade, as long as the price reflects it and there is no trickery to the patients

i've met plenty of folks that do not want the dankest top shelf stuff, their tolerance is low and it just plain destroys them, i have met people that actually wanted low strength leaf trim, it's about what the patients want and need not necessarily what my high tolerance self alone needs...imho

those hot chicks rarely know jack about what they're selling, the places that employ them due to the eye candy factor are generally over priced and buds had obviously been tampered with being bare of trichomes on the outside mostly

just brings to mind a place called k***mart that would always have the sexy stripper nurses on their marketing materials, that place was not one of the higher quality spots and would definitely be selling c grade as a grade at a grade prices hehe, so many of those type of spots that i basically view the sexy chicks as a big warning sign that says "this place's herb and prices suck, but we can distract you with boobs so it's all good"
