the buckets are rigged into a series of pulleys so you can lower them over the buckets. Why? So you can work in the garden without going blind.

The yield was good considering it was a first attempt at vertical. I can't speak for final weights because I didn't keep an accurate tally. The two strains were not good choices for this setup. At least not together in the same room on the same schedule. The cheese stretched crazy bad and the resulting buds were thin, wispy and kind of dreaded. I think i vegged for too long and had some heat issues.

I didn't move the crazy tall plants because they had already grown through the netting and it would have been more of a disaster to try to wrestle with them. All in all it was a success. The cheese is strong and perfect for baking. The raspberry was tasty as well but these were definitely not keeper strains or worthy of measuring the success of my vertical experiment.

Cheers!

Bingo. And it gives you something to bang your head into more often than not.

loving the grow dude, looking to get into the stadium style myself. Are those gutters plastic? Where did you get yours?

Thanks! The grow in this thread has come to an end and I haven't started another thread for the new grow. I had a very successful grow with this setup and cut everything down right before Christmas. After curing i ended up with a little over three pounds. Life was way too crazy busy to keep this updated. Trimming three pounds was a bitch but not a problem I will complain about. :dance013:

I am still using the racks and gutters but have changed it up a bit. The plastic gutters are from Home Depot - nothing fancy. I did remove the end caps and drain hoses and top row gutter. I sloped my shelves a bit more dramatically and thethered the pots to the wire shelving.

For this new run I am at the beginning of week three of flowering. I intended to run 8 pots on one side of the room and start a new batch a month later on the other side of the room. Then I changed my plans once again and spread my eight plants apart across the room.

Thanks for the compliments guys although it's not as clean as it looks. I will put a few photos up in a few. Cheers! :tiphat:

I am also running 3 - 600's now and installed a sub panel with built in dual timers. Check out dxsound.com. Guy does nice work but I don't have a pic of the panel yet. Here's a few pic's for a quick update.

I revamped the window box and have an intake fan now attached. The old window covering stood out from the wall too far and was over engineered. I simple piece of covered plywood works great:

Moved the res closer to the door and have a secondary res now installed above to De-chlorinate my tap water before adding to the main res:

Nice to dust this off - thanks for stopping by.
