Heat for 15 mins then off for 15, then back on for at least an hour of your day...if it is swelling from the tendon. If it's just an acute injury do the same but with ice.

If your tendon is swelling, you may also want to look at aftermarket insoles for your hiking boots if you haven't already. Could be getting stressed if the foundation isn't proper, or arch support isn't there.
I use these for my ski boots, cheaper than a heat fitting.

I had a friend come and visit who is a very gifted and talented photographer. Most photographers just take pictures,this guy is a true artist and I've always been blown away impressed with his work.
I felt the gardens here were too special to not be properly documented. So far every person who's seen this herb has said it was the most beautiful they've seen this year or ever. I've grown some bomb digity in my day but this years outdoor crop here is world class and among the best I've ever seen,grown,or smoked. That is why I had my friend come thousands of miles to take these pictures. Only the best photographer will do for the best herb.
I will share more pictures as they are organized. They were taken between Oct 4-7. Each strain I'll continue to work with was documented on the plant,wet after harvest,and dried. Not sure what this pic is,I'll have to wait to find out but I'm pretty sure it's SFV OG X Chemdog pheno #2 from Reservoir seeds. Enjoy.

Quick boil some of that comfry you use in your compost tea, put it in a sock (hot) and press that on your foot. You can refridgerate that sock, quick boil it again for re-use.

Thanks,I actually did use the comfry on my foot,but not in the compost tea.
My foot has been doing much better. The doctor had to slice it open and drain out some fluid. Now it's healing nice and the swelling is down,been back to running.
The only plants left in the garden are the ECSD,a Sour Diesel cross and some sativas I wish I hadn't grown including Spice from Mr.Nice seed co. Spice is the worst strain I've ever grown,sucks balls. It'll still yield ok but that is some shameful herb.
I may put Christmas lights on my SSH and decorate it with ornaments.

Got a jar with your name on it. My only regret is it could have had a better flush. I harvested it before the first rain storm and had fed with nutes only 6 or 7 days before. I dumped water on them pretty good though. Still awesome,but not perfect.

Happy Halloween everyone at IC! Hope everyone has a great one.
I've been trying to decide what I like smoking better,SD IBL or ECSD. Tonight the trimmers will decide in a blind taste test,both are awesome.

haha im guessing there is no door to door trick or treating in the mountains...i already posted a "SORRY NO CANDY" sign on my front gate, dont need any kids or their parents smelling the cherry pie ive been cooking up inside...happy halloween!

I cleaned up all my trim and buds so i could have some trick or treaters. Funny thing was this year it seemed all the treaters were 16 years old. Still got most of my ghost face and fairy costumes with the little ones, but the older ones dressed up as sluts or something. Wierd year for Halloween at my house this year.

Hope things are still going good for you Ganja, how much you got till you finish? You must be getting close?
