Hey, as the title says...it is easily 20 days earlier than it should be + is looking done to me. This one, pic'd at 46 days out of a supposed 70 day flower period. Today is 51, with little change.

She has no new pistil or budleaf growth, and going by eye I have had to fight the urge to chop her. Pistils are retracted and calyx's are fat...imo, done.

another pic, it's the rightmost bud at the back...

Others are where they oughtta be for 20-some days left. Still hairy...

Have not scoped trichs, but plan to. So, whaddaya think, look done to you? Will another 20-25 days be too far...?

No urgency, just seeking opinions... :rasta:

looks really nics regardless ...

How many plants do u got going of that strain ???
U could harvest her and let the others ripen up more like u said ...

Then u can have the same plant at different times if u know what i mean ...

Thanx guys, I'll let the trichs tell. She is the only one of her kind, there are 4 plants in there, all different.

Id wait another week or two. The top pic looks the most ripe of the three though. I say they have a couple weeks left. But then again I like some amber trichs in my smoke.

Yah, it's just the top pic I am referring to, probably a good time to start flushing her. The others are different crosses & no where near yet...

Give it another week.
It's not just what you see on the outside.
There are things happening inside the plant to the thc that will make your patience pay off.

Give that pheno another week and chop her..... but not all of her, if she pumps buds that nice out that fast, she's worth keeping! It's 1 in a million to finish that fast, you'll likely never crack another seed that does it.

Re-vege that plant and keep her as a mum. Once you have some dried and cured, let the smoke tell you whether or not to keep her long term.

Have decided to go with the old saying " If it looks ready, give it 2 more weeks (1 normal, 1 flush). Wish I could keep a mum, but can't with such low numbers + only 1 space.

Thanx for input guys... :rasta:

How did it go Moebudz? I'm sure you've chopped by now how long did you end up letting her go for, how was the smoke quality?

My diary is in the "grow diaries" section, from flip to harvest. 3 plants harvested at 64 days, and 1 at 78.

It is nice smoke once fully dry, and still has to cure... :rasta:

You ought to consider purchasing a photographers loup with a built in light $20 price range . Use it to look at the trichombs.
Hope this is of some help.

What do you think?

What do you think?

I have started to flush because I wanted to chop before Christmas but the trichomes are clear to slightly cloudy and I am looking for a 50-50 ratio of cloudy to amber any ideas advice?

just keep it going...throw away all the suggested flowering times. its different in every setup...what might take you 60 days can takes me 75. there are so many factors that affect finishing times.
