Hey guys im on week two theres no pollen or anything but i have pistils turning brown and dying, to the point where there are no pistils on some of the top buds... this has never happened to me before...

the only thing in my room thats not right is the humidity... could that be the thing cause them to die???

3 reasons I have had it happen in the past,pollenation/accidental or otherwise, heat or stretching the watering a day too far.

Same strain or more than one?

different strains... its 82 degrees in the room and this is the first run so theres no pollen....

Damn bro we must have some synchronicity or something
same thing happening to me. def no pollination

one thing I noticed almost none of the lower branches are affected, so I'm thinking its radiant heat

I'm interested to find out for sure though

not enough air flow? too much airflow? humidity too low? i'm thinking anything under 30% humidity is too low.

Most importantly... LIGHT LEAKS... you'd be surprised. light from an appliance, controller, crack, window..

If you're sure it's not pollination then the second most common option from experience is WAY to strong of nutes for that particular strain. Happens to partner pretty much every grow on msotly his Sour D nd OG's lol. I dial it back for him and viola. New white consistent grow.

Whoops. Didn't even see you got it taken care of lol.

have you sprayed them with anything? that can cause pistils to brown sometimes if its a bit too strong or they get put back under the light damp.
