So im getting back into growing again since its hard for me to find anything that helps with my insomnia.

ive been looking at strains that have that knock out power but most seem to be horrible yielders. Strains like Deep Chunk, Black Dominia, etc look super potent but seem to lack in yields.

So far all i got is Sensi Star being extremely potent and having decent yields. anyone have any suggestions and personal experience on strains that will go beyond couch lock and put you to sleep?

ive only had one before that no matter how much energy you had it would put you to sleep but it was from my sister and she said the strain was "kgb" but she bought it from someone. this stuff worked better than sleeping pills ive taken in the past and im looking for something like this.

I've run a few DC crosses.....it's easy to find a pheno that has the DC high with a much better yield....you just need to do a bit of pheno-hunting, which may or may not appeal to you.

I've grown a few NL x DC a friend made, and it was a very sedative, narcotic stone. The yields were fine.

Sensi Star is very sedative, in my experience.....

papaya from nirvana was a pretty narcotic smoke (like a fluffy pillow around your brain)

lowsmell, easy to grow, stays small, good price on the seeds and average yield.

havent grown alot of different strains, but ive smoked a ton of sleepy hash and papaya was a smoke id gladly smoke again (lost the strain, havent gotten around to buying it again (dont really need that sleepy a smoke now or in the foreseeable future)

you could smoke it all day though, wouldnt do alot meantime! lol, but real easy to sleep or nap on it. (personal experience , your experience Might differ )

there were some guys on gardens cure that tried it though too (was pretty popular for awhile) and they liked it too (often named favorite)

Medijuana, harvest at 65-70 days. One hit wonder for me, can't move, can't speak for at least an hour.

My buddy and I just sit there, drooling in our laps and staring at my fishtank. I really don't smoke it very much anymore cause I don't have trouble falling asleep and I like a more social buzz.

Me too, Herijuana is off my list, it's too indica strong.The poster might find it usefull but I think Sourbubble would be your answer.The only reason I kept the stuff around was for sleepless nights.The Herijuana I had to give away, I have too much to do during the day.Believe me it was great pot, certainly, but it adds a strap to couchlock, reaching for the clicker might be too much...I used to nap for 4hrs if I smoked the sourbubble I had, after I just took a nap for an hour...

inmho, when it comes to sleep, the number of times I have smoked that day is much more important than the particular strain. once you are smoking fire, I will even go so far as to say that indica or sativa does not matter. I have yet to meet a sativa that when smoked all day "keeps me awake" at the end of the day.

I will beat anyone or be = to at camping for rare drops on sbay smokin Mosca's C99 or my Galadriel mom (c99 x Sourdiesel)....

I grow a lot of sativas and now have to buy indicas because everyone is wiggin out that wants and indica for pain....That shit WILL keep you awake. I have had quite a few very noticeable racy strains...I love up highs and they are out there...

It produces HUGE nugs and has no foilage, Crush has convinced me.
