Thanks. A little on the plants. The strain is Big Blue. It is a cross between Blueberry and Northern Lights #5. Should gain 60% in size during flower. I flipped to 12/12 2 days ago.

I'm glad you guys like it. As you can see I over veged the plants till I finished the room. Thankfully they will only stretch a little more than 50%. Been in the room pruning, tying, and tucking leaves behind buds.

Here is a victim of that tying.

Good to see you making a thread! I got first peek at those screens, and you should see something similar in my thread soon...
Got some specs? Nutes, equipment, etc...
Looking forward to following this one.

OK some specs.

1000watt hps, 10K AC, 45 pint dehu, and a 500 cfm air exchange fan. Nutes are Jungle Juice 6ml micro 9ml bloom, weekly hygrozyme, and weekly GH calimagic. Last night I flushed with Clearex at 15 ml per gal. Used 4 gallon for 6 plants. When I run out of the Jungle Juice I will be switching to Jack's 5-12-26 and Yara cal nit. Ph is running 5.7-5.9. Plants are getting about 2 gallons per feeding right now at 10% run off for 6 plants.

Three plants are in coco hempy buckets with perlite. Two are in 5 gallon pots with coco and one is in a 3 gallon pot of coco. All are top dressed with NAPA 8822 DE and mosquito dunk chunks.

I feed daily at this time. At about 9 pm. Been spending a lot of time in the room the last couple days pruning and tying as I let them get out of hand during veg.

Glad you like my room. Going to redo my other flower room in the next couple weeks, and my veg room.

i see someone else is using marlo's vertical scrogg idea, got my set up about done, I just put 2 pvc pipes t'ed of my screen frame into a 5gl pot so the screen and frame can be moved with the plant. cant wait to see those screens filled up with buds, yours and mine..

My room is very similar looking to yours. I think you've inspired me to finally make a thread on my new setup. Your screen setup is very similar to what I ended up with after trying many different configurations. I had the screen attached to the containers but had a plant tip over from the weight in flower. I remade them with the container sitting on the screen like yours and they are very stable now. If you don't need the tops attached to each other for stability I would leave them separate so you can move each plant towards or away from the light as needed, unless you already have this setup dialed in and know the distance they will finish at.

Edit: Looked at the pics again and it looks like you already have them back as far as they can go. I might have missed it, but what size is the room?

Very nice bro! I love how you have the screens connected at the top. That should add alot of stability when the frames want to lean forward from all the buds. Please tell me you didn't glue them...

A bare bulb 1k should be great in there. Good Luck!

P.S. over veg'n is a good thing, imo. That's what the screens are for. To control chaotic growth. Holes in your walls of weed are bad. It's like having a few empty pots in a sog grow.

I also learned that what i thought was over veg, wasn't enough half the time.

wow man nice setup. maybe u could check out some of my girls they have been vegged for a while also and they seem like their in need of some trimming( i'm not really sure whn to do it is all) so any advice would b appreciated. I'm gonna post some dif pics here in a few. take a look if u get a chance.

Gardenbug I don't want my plants to tip over that is why I connected them at the top and put the pots on them. The room is 6 foot 4 by 7 foot 4 and 7 foot 4 high.

Marlo none of the screens are glued anywhere. If I need to move them in I just shorten the connector at the top. If I need to put the screen up higher or lower I can cut down the lower pipe to move the screen up or down. Then I just add a longer pipe at the top to connect the other screens to it.

Sublimesmoker I am far from a expert at this and this is only my second grow with this style set up. Best thing you can do is just get started and learn as you go. Read read and then read some more. All I have learned is from killing plants and reading this site. There is a wealth of info here. My screens as best I can remember is a knock off from here some where. Some one here made something similar a couple years ago if I remember correctly. But put your pics up and some one can help I'm sure.

Thanks every one for the compliments but It is I who has to compliment your grows as I just looked and read to get this set up.

One more thing if people are curious my screens are 30 inches from the lights and the plant fronts are 24-26 inches from the light.
