The best SKUNK on the seed market?

I see KindBudKid gott some going...anybody else...with some input??????

Well I got 9/10 germ on my SS fems.. Which was ok with me cause I was only going to use the best 8 seedlings.. I got 2 10 gallon rubbermaid tubs that I put 4 seedlings in each.. Going to veg for prolly 3-4 weeks then flower.. I'll let you know when they sex or if I have any probs with balls/nanners..

I know a member here who has a Mass Super Skunk that yields like a commericial growers dream. I believe it's been around for a while FOR that reason...

The best is a matter of opinion. What are you looking for? A yielder? (MSS) Potency and dankness? (Cheese) A happy medium? (Skunk #1 SensiSeeds IMO)

When i say best i mean the best all round skunk strain yield/taste and potency are the 3 main factors so by saying best this is what i mean...

BEST: of the most excellent or desirable type or quality.

I think that it still really IS a matter of opinion. What one grower would consider a dream to run because its structure suits his style or the high suits his taste, another might not enjoy as much because, say, the bag appeal is low.
For example:
The MSS does not give the most shapely buds. They are large, but lumpy. The yield is fabulous. Therefore, it is the 'best' for a cashcropper who wants weight and simplicity, and woo hoo, it happens to smell pretty nice, too!
The Cheese does not yield as heavily as the MSS, but the buds are of a more uniform shape, easier to trim, and taste simply EXQUISITE. A home grower who can get Skunk#1 all week and Sunday too, but is simply sick to DEATH of it, would consider it the 'best' because of its extraordinary quality and uniqueness.

Posting that definition of the word 'best' still shows how subjective it is- defining it with two near synonyms, both subjective, makes the definition a tautology, lol!

A skunk hybrid or straight up SKUNK? My fav is the Mass Super Skunk bc of it's huge yeild and unmistakable skunk smell. It's got a lil Affy in there but it really just fattens up those calyxes and make for big brachs.
Otherwise I trust Shantibaba for any of his skunk crosses. Master Kush X Skunk, SkunkXhaze.


As for ISS, I've tried a couple phenos of it.
The spicy/grapefruit one is decent. Flavor is alright and buzz is decent. What you would expect from anyday sativa.
As for the sweet sticky pheno, the flavor is really tasty and the buzz is pretty euphoric and smile-ridden, but all in all I still feel is just an OK strain

im 40 days in flowering sensi super skunk reg and it sure is different from 3-4 years ago very sativa looking plants but will keep my opinions to myself til finish time,the one killerchem growing smells what the skunks should smell like

i have some Pre '93 SK#1 x Guerilla Gold #3 --- seriosuly wild phenos in here... lots of skunk expression, everything from sweety skunk to rank ass rotten with hints of rotten fruit

Amen, I had an "indoor mix" from sensi and 4-5 females were complete trash! The other that was tasty was very low yielding and I know what im doing. Sensi seeds, never again for me...

the ISS we had for a bit is good, not great, but a pleasant buzz and flavor even to a "skunk hater" like myself. The one skunk that has really blown my head back and made me beg for a cut was the MSS. And I've had the roadkill, killer herb, but not my cup of tea...the MSS will blow you away if you can get the real deal (good luck)

And of course if we're strictly talking about phenos of SK1, the UK Cheese oughta come into the equation somewhere. I really dig it, but way too strong for me. not to mention dangerous to drive with and cultivate...gives me a chance, in fact, to ask the experts whether this really is the Exodus as the person who passed it to me said it was or if it doesn't look the part at all. thoughts, cheeseheads? (pardon her appearance, she went through hell to get here)

I'm going to buy some older stock from another site, before its too late... of a few FD strains

Definitely need the Pineapples Punch (another skunk dominant line) , and the Pure (so cheap!)

I just got a couple packs of some killer skunk hybrids from MNS.. Got the Nevilles' Skunk and CriticalHaze(which is AfghSk/Hz).. I got a feelin the Nev'sSk is gonna be the shit...

There was also a re-make of POG for GN collection under the name GoldenSkush.. Check it out much cheaper...

Edit: Just thought about the new releases from MNS like NL5/Skunk, G13/Skunk, and the MasterK/Skunk.. And these packs come with anywhere from 15-20 seeds, most in the 17-19 range, which you can't beat anywhere...

i dont think theres any around at the moment....i have not seen or heard from bub here on the boards in awhile...and i know exactly what you mean about how it crosses...the skunk male i used made gdp worth smoking! spicoli described it as gdp cream...i have my last three htc skunk ibl seeds vegging right now...im hoping for a male or two...i like it so much i will make a batch of seeds from just those three plants and explore them for the rest of my growing career!...though i am eagerly awaiting bubs return and hoping more of these will be around!

I haven't smoked any yet, only sprouted 2 seeds in flower ATM but Dina Fem Power Kush may be a winner. Power kush is skunk#1xafghan X skunk#1xAfghan, so should be like super skunk right?

Got a pack of 5 as a freebie, sprouted 2. 1 is a runt the other girl is a beast. They both have very nice fruity-skunky smell, a little more to the fruit smell. The runt though smells like Blueberry vomit and skunk, very very surprising. I may reveg her just because of that stench!

I also have a pack of Chimeras sweetest sativa, sweet skunk X True Blueberry...can't wait!

I have recived seeds of a strain called Blues, wich is supposed to be a skunk from the 80's. Anyone know anything about this strain?
