New setup, opinions plz

Hey guys,

So i'm going ahead and upgrading my setup by adding another 2x4 tent along with a 400 watt hps system.

That makes is (2) 2x4 tents, with (2) 400 watt lights.

I want to set up a perpetual "flip flop" with my current mother keeper BC roadkill x Deep Chunk, as well as my Sweetest Sativa mother plant.

I'm thinking of doing one in one tent, then the other strain in the other.

What I'm looking to do .... I think ... is some type of SOG setup since my RKS buds are perfect for it. Is SOG in an organic setup a wise choice?

I was thinking of just trying to pack as many 2 gallon grow bags in there I can, then just top once and flower.

My main goal here is Yield followed by speed, at least for one tent.

I was also thinking of making a stadium type effect for the SOG i'll be doing.

The mix I use is all organic and consists of a little bit of everything such as:

Coco
Peat
Calclined Clay
buffalo loam
Ancient Forest humus
EWC
azomite
Soft rock phosphate
blood meal
bone meal
kelp meal
alfalfa meal
dolomite lime
oyster shell powder.

I may need to mix up another batch, or at least add to the one i already have to make sure i have enough soil to fit the needs. I cannot find any EWC's around here at the moment, but I do have a bag of Sup 'r green chicken compost. Do you guys think I can use this in the same ratios as EWC's without any ill effects?

I also use cypress mulch on the bottom and top layers, along with a couple spikes filled with Black Jack organic flowering mix.... AACT teas, as well as some Earth juice catalyst.

I'm really wanting to get up in the .75- 1 gram per watt yield eventually, but what do you guys think the best technique of growing would be to achieve this?

I believe the RKS has the potential with it's rock hard buds that flower in under 55 days.

Any suggestions, advice, wisdom, etc would be appreciated! thanks!

Do you have a plant limit?
If you dont 2gal containers will fill up your 2x4's fast .. .. Perhaps something taller but smaller pot diameter .. .. Such as 2l .. .. I imagine the fast veg and fast flower will keep them from being root bound .. And with more room .. more plants .. more yield

SOG and organic .. I dont see why it wouldnt be like all others .. .. Your just adding water so it will be pretty easy .. .. But perhaps devise some sort of watering wand so you can water everything easily with out having to pull them out ..

Dont use chicken manure at the same rate as EWC .. .. Well I dont anyway .. .. I use about 4-5 cups of EWC per 1.5cu.ft. bag and 1-2 cups chicken shit per same bag .. .. Depends what else I supplement in such as blood/bone and guanos

I haven't measured yet, but I'm thinking I can get at least 18, 2 gallon grow bags in my tent. It won't be a true SOG I guess at 4 per square foot, but the little additional time vegging will hopefully bush them out enough to get that "sea" effect.

I bought that chicken shit some time ago and I have a huge bag of it so I'm trying to figure out a way to use it up slowly as I go, It's gotta have some nice innoculation of micro beasties in it for sure.

I was also thinking of doing a semi Mod Scrog in my 2nd tent if I use my Sweetest SaTiva clones. They stretch pretty good, and I could flip the lights and be training them through the screen fairly well I would think. It would be my first time doing SCROG, but I'm always up for something new!

Oh chicken shit definately has some microbes in it .. .. I was just saying dont use ask much of it in your mix as you would EWC .. ..

18 sounds about right .. .. I get about (25) 2gal nursery pots into my 4x4 .. Its been a while since I filled it up that packed so perhaps more .. .. But close enough ball park

I cook my soils off for months in 45gal totes .. .. So I add quite a bit of shit to my soil in the beginning and add a little more here and there once it starts to cool down

Good luck with the screen .. .. I dont know about you and screens but I like to be able to get to all sides of it to remove dead leaves and inspect the girls during flower .. .. Not being able to access 3 sides easily sure pisses me off so I couldn't do it in a tent

Some thing to think about would be semi-vert .. .. Milk crates around the outer edge of the tent (or 2x8 boards elevated) and have the outer edge raised up and the inner section on the tent floor with a bare bulb on the middle .. Just throwing ideas around
