U.S. Drug Policy Would Be Imposed Globally By New House Bill

I am more afraid of fascism than most, but I would like to point out that the bill only made it out of committee. It doesn't say that it has passed the full house, or if there is any chance it will ever see an up or down vote.

This American system of ours is a funny thing. My guess is this bill makes it no further. If it does pass, my free speech rights to advise friends on how to grow cannabis will turn into my felony activity for speaking about cannabis.

I am done with this government and nationalism. I am an Earthling (human born on earth) and I think all Earthlings are born with equal rights and freedoms. The various governments of the world and the factions they create between various human groups has always made my idealistic view of human freedom a laughable fucking joke.

I pray that more people will give up on their nation / government / religion and open up to the idea that everyone is free to do and be as they wish where they wish.

This Judiciary Committee Chairman Rep. Lamar Smith (R-Texas) is an obvious dick and to top it off, his area of Texas is on the west end of Austin, covers San Antonio and many other towns. This is not quite correct. It's not even made it to the House yet, just passed within House Judiciary Committee.

Further, this same bill was attempted in the last session and never made it out of committee in the House or Senate.

Unlikely to happen, but now is the time to contact your representatives in the House and let them know this bill sucks. I don't even see that a sister bill has been introduced in the Senate, so like, I don't see how this could possibly become law in this session of Congress.
