just got my first seeds TopDawgs Guava 13. I sprouted two in a napkin and have put them in cups of coco. I didnt know how deep to plant them so i just planted deep enough for the very small two leaves right at top of coco. they are about an inch 3 inches tall and have the baby leaves and their first set of real leaves. Seems like they are growing slow, but i have only watered once because they are not really drying out at all.

Should i be watering these everyday or wait till the cups are light? Im using 6ml of canna coco a/b and 15 of rizo per cannas site is this ok also? no signs of stress just growing slow and stems seem really week.

Also I'm vegging under T5's, how close to light should they be at this stage?

thanks again everyone!

ok hereis how i do it ,1st only fill the cup half full ,and then wet it to saturation twice ,make shure you have a hole in the bottom of the cup so it will drian ,place the sprouted seed in a small hole with the seed itself on top of the coco root burried ,just give the seed time to grow a root ,usally no more than 2 days after it cracks ,put some celaphane on top of the cup and place under a floro 24/7, once the seedling starts to reach for the top of the cup then add more coco that has already been wetted and drained to support the flimisy seedling, then put cup in a plastic humidity dome and feed gh nutes that are ph adjusted ,hint mix a 5 galon bucket of nutes up and adjust ph to 5.8 and water from this mix once the seeds have had the extra coco added to the cups they will be ready for the t5 or 400 watter i actully use the 1000k but keep the distance at a proper lenth, hope this helps
