hey ya´ll!

any problems with a late transplant guys???

i have airpots 16 liter but i cut them in half 6 weeks ago during veg, just using half a pot for each girl(reason for this was lack of coco)..

question=i have gotten a 50 bag of new coco now so maybe i should just open the airpot and sit rootball in a new ,bigger pot, half full with this new canna-coco?

how u guys feel about this one? thanks for your time!:tiphat:

do i need to flush the new canna coco?,thinking of 10 %perlite and 10 %vermiculite with hydroton in bottom.

best wishes A

Alexie,
Since you cut, rather than folded, your bags, you should be fine with the transplant method you stated.

You don't need the hydroton. Coco drains great on its own. Perlite holds mainly air, and vermiculite holds mainly moisture. I'd leave out the vermiculite. The beauty of coco is that, when saturated with water, it still holds the ideal amount of air. More air from perlite won't hurt, and may be an improvement. Many successful growers use it, and many don't. Good luck. -granger
