2x 250w and 1x 600w on same outlet?

Would I be unwise in assuming a room in an ordinary house can handle 2x 250w and 1x 600w (dimmable to as low as 370w). I can stagger the lights to come on 5-10 mins apart, I hear this helps with loads. The room also has a 5,200 BTU airconditioner and assorted pumps/fans.

Is there any fire hazard with these plans?

as long as you are useing a contactor you are good to go .
