Just because my love for AFs is very strong, doesn't mean don't have just as much love for Non-AFs. Finally after years of waiting, acquired the genetics been looking for.
GOALS.
Green Crack Bx IBL
M12 Creeper Bx IBL
Shanti's Gift IBL
Was very lucky to finally get this line up of genetics, took a long time. Now that they are together the fun will begin.
As we all know the Green Crack and M12 Creeper are both clone only, GC being Sativa dominant, and M12 being Indica dom, but both have a common history so to speak, both have an Old Skool Skunk#1 x Afghani/Indica heritage.
So, whats the best way to make them Pure Bx IBL lines, other then using a stable Skunk x Afghan cross?
Shanit's Gift (Old Afghan Skunk IBL) was given by Shantibaba, very balanced mix that is more Indica dom but shows the strong signs of the sativa in the longer colas it produces. Dense buds that are laden with heavy amounts of resin and a common flowering time (around 50 days).
The point is to use males from Shanti's Gift to pollenate both Green Crack and M12 Creeper. Then Bx them back to each Original Parent for 2 or 3 generations, then Inbreed the Bx lines into super stable IBLs. With the common traits shared by these strains it should keep the variation down making it easier to breed.
The quality of GC and M12 is hard to beat, let alone the application of each strain in SOG systems is amazing. Commercial yields in very little time with connoisseur quality, what more could you want?
These projects are going to be fun and rewarding, hope to see you guys around during the process, Beta test beans will be shared with the community ASAP.
