DR60 400W SCROG - Big Bang and The Church

If this has already been address, ignore it and I'll find it when I read the whole thread Been trying to get better at photography myself, had a decent camera at one point but it uh, got seized by the police. DR60's are great for SCROG, one big bushy plant like this will fill up the net nicely with 6-8 weeks in veg.

I can also highly recommend using four 10-15liter pots in a dr60 scrog, veg for about 4-6 weeks

I posted the name in some post.. but its a Nikon Coolpix s8000. Its a very good compact camera and has some really great macro! I will take some nice macro pictures later today
It cost me about 250$ with extra 8gig memory and a nice stand, very worth it.
Im actually thinking of buying a Canon 550D but thats 1159$ and i just impulsively upgraded my pc for 2200$ so i guess im stying with the s8000 for a while..

Sorry to hear bout your camera, if your on a tight budget there some really good Nikon and Canon compacts for 200-400$!

Finally i got some time over to post some pictures..

Its looking good, started to see first sign of budding 2 days ago, about 5 days after 12/12.

Started giving it AN's Big bud and Plagron's Green Sensation, they are soo awsome, but not sure about the mix.

Anyway, heres some pictures.

And some buds from another grow.

The DR60 is a great tent if your looking for something smaller. Fits one big plant or 4 small one great. 2 autopot easy to grow kits fits perfectly Going to try it after the Big Bang

My outtake fan is 175m3/h.

No idea, im aiming for 130g/4.5oz dry but im hoping for more, never done a scrog before so i have no idea really.

Shes starting to drink a lot of water, im starting to give her about 2.5 liters every 2-3rd day. Im switching between Plagron's Green Sensation and AN's Big Bud every other watering.

I have no idea what the PH is, should probably check that.. I actually never check it, never really had a problem with it.

Hey man, that's a good thing, too many people don't know shit when they start.

Oh man if i could remember that I didn't keep notes for that one like im doing for this. But i think i got about 90g of 4 big bangs with a 250w CFL. The phenos on those plants sucked, and two became hermies.. wasn't a good grow at all. You can get way more if you do it right im sure.

I would deff get at the very least the droplet PH test kit. there supper cheap and easy to use. other then that the ladie is looking great. i dont know much about scrog's or sog or what ever their called. one Q is that how long after flower beguins do u remove the screen? i mean wont it hurt the end result to leave it in there for the entire flower cycle. ur ladie looks very healthy and lush. keep up the good work.

I have a digital ph tester, i just cba to use it.. god im so lazy, gonna check it tomorrow
You dont remove the screen, when doing a scrog you use the screen as a tool to keep the canopy even. When one top get too tall you pull it back under and up another whole.
It wont hurt the end result cus the result youre looking for is above the screen

I agree a 150w hps aint much, but its great to start with. I used a 250w HPS before this one.. The 400w is soo much better! Going to be interesting too see how big of a difference the buds will be in size.

Ok so the plant is looking good, still got a pretty even canopy and the buds are growing bigger every day.
Some leaves under the screen are getting yellow, i think its cus of the PH levels, i haven't check it yet but ive just got a feeling it is.

Ive also started using AN's Big Bud and Biobizz's Top Max together. About 3ml/L Big Bud and 2ml/L Top Max. I will continue using Big Bud/Top Max for 1-2weeks more then switch into Plagron's Green Sensation and Top Max the rest of the way.
I guess not everyone is interested in all these details but this is a good way for me to document this so im trying to do it as scientific as i can.

I also just sprayed the plant with HALO. Mixed about 10ml in 500ml water. Sprayed about 200-250ml right after the lights went out. This is the third time using HALO.

Anyway heres the pictures

All pictures taken today, 21 days into bloom.

As you can see it still has a pretty even canopy. There are some tops just over the screen getting some light.
Right now theres about 14 good bud sites.

1) i was wondering what is the avg temp in that tent??

2) and where is your tent located????
(closet, bedroom, ect.... so i can get an idea of what temps i can expect if i put it the closet or bedroom ect...)

3) i see that u are using the 18 liter pot and forgot to transplant it. i was going to go from party cup<1gal<3gal<(5gal=approx 18liter). u think thats too many transplants or what do u usually do to reach 18liter???

(i plan to plant 4 regular seeds and hopefully get 2 females to scrog in coco)

sry for too many questions again lol. i plan to make no mistake with my first grow.

Yo loki good looking grow man, props. I was going to say to not sweat the yellowing leaves. I bet you are in the same situation I was in on my previous grow. I was beginning to worry about yellowing bottom leaves thinking it might have been a N deficiency but turns out that the way I had my plants trained the lower leaves weren't getting much light. Because they weren't getting any light and weren't serving a purpose the plants got rid of them to spend energy more efficiently elsewhere.
