Thanks Cody - She has a unique smell to her. I was told she gives off cherry aromas when cured. I took a soil one at 55 days and its been in the jar for a week or so and im starting to get that cherry smell coming out. Clean taste, nothing that stands out right now. Again, this is all at 55 days and i hear she's ready at 63. 8 days can make a big difference. And curing longer than 10 days makes a huge difference as well. Ill be posting pics up as soon as the latest one dries!
