I haven't had a chance to look at the roots but had a quick look in the tent this morning and they seem to have shot up overnight. I will look at the roots tonight and let you know.

Jesus NeWcS they seems to have gone mad, and I have noticed a lot more feeder hairs coming of the main roots also. Impressive Stuff and good tip

If that's the first hit with PV+ then those are doing very well ..... leaves look shiny and there's side branches coming .... well done

Hey BD yep spalling is not my strongest point!

Cheers for the feedback...me thinks its gonna be a few weeks at least before I have to start training the side branches...but as they say 'patience is a virtue' 'all good things' and all that.

I am loving trying new methods of growing and the peeps on here seem so knowledgeable
and willing to offer advice so ICmag is starting to feel like home.

lookin good hoops , your still in veg correct ? try to remember that they still stretch during the first 3 weeks of flowering too . they can get outa hand fast especially in dwc . so keep an eye on them & don't flip too late .
i'm doing coco hempys which grow pretty fast also (not as fast as dwc though ) & i veg in another cabinet so my net goes on right when i flip to 12/12 & i'll show ya a pic of how fast they can stretch on ya .

Hi Dan yeah they are still veging cheers for the advice my plan was to keep the halide on em for the first two weeks of flower to try and reduce the stretch an then go over to HPS. I know what your saying about the stretch in my last DWC I grew some blue cheese and I thought they were gonna break through the roof of the tent ! Ha

Had to move the light up because I got some burning on the left one.

They are about 13" 14" in height now.
