yellow and green

I have albino rhino in a dwc bucket receiving maxibloom powdered nutes at about 45%. It's barely week two in the bucket and I just did a res change yesterday (Sunday) and this discoloration began Friday. The ph is between 5 and 5.8. I don't have a EC meter (until tomorrow). I use RO water from the setup I have installed in my home.

The lighting is a single cfl until week 3 I will turn on the 400w hps. The cfl is about 4" away from the plant.

Any ideas are appreciated. I'm totally freaked out right now. Sorry about the shit picture, my good camera is at my other house.

Thank you

Edit: due to the shit picture you may not be able to see well. The plant looks variegated....yellow and deep green on the leaves of the plant.

Im also going with lucas (but florabloom) and imo for sedling/cuttings at this stage you can stay with about 10-20% of the formula.(I do have a ec meter *lol* full lucas formule with ro water pushes the ec >1000ppm)

So I guess your lill plant is overfed ;) also looks like dat ;)

cool beans. So should I just change the water out to straight ro for a few hours and then add nutes at 20% or just change the water with the nutes already in?

thanks

the cotyledons are still green; should be giving that seedling no nutes at all just plain water and then step them up very very very very very gradually;

also thats not an albino plant; it is a plant suffering from chlorosis; probobly from recieving too much nutes, too soon; i agree with cannabis fox;

one last thing; i have attached the maxi-bloom nutrient schedule - please note that you should not be going over the 1/4 tsp per gallon of grow and bloom at all for a plant this small; i personally would give it just plain water.

that plant is 100% recoverable so dont panic; just 2 weeks ago i decided to give 10 seedling a hot batch of nutes and they ALL turned yellow within 24 hours;
flushed them out with (ph'd) water a few times and now they are all green again including the new growth. they were much, much worse off than your little buddy.

good luck to you and happy growing!

it's not an albino plant? my buddy sent me seeds labeled 'albino rhino f1 x big bud f1'

also, just got a new ph meter and tds meter. My ro system is either completely screwed or my tds meter is way off. The tds meter shows that I have 500+ ppm in my tap and RO water. No good. Because I got a new ph meter and calibration solution I found my ph was 6.1 but my old meter was saying 5.3...yikes. These plants are way stronger than I thought and can take some serious abuse.

My RO is screwed up. I called the manufacturer and everything is set up properly, my tap is within the required range but now I have to wait for new filters to come in the mail. So I picked up some distilled water and I am running straight distilled at 5.4-5.8ph until tomorrow.

After how many days/weeks will my plant regain it's healthy color and how can I help the plant achieve this in the best manner?

I can't see the roots...or much of them anyways. the plant is starting to green up. That doesn't mean the plant looks fantastic but it's looking much better

Okay, I got my RO figured out and new measuring tools I am at 5.8 ph--up from 5.4 30 hours earlier. I'm running a cfl 6" away from the plant 24 hours a day. I am using maxibloom at 15% and I have a tds of 197.

My first visible roots emerged today from the bottom of the basket. There are 3 roots totaling approximately 8" in total. That's stellar growth from this morning when I checked. However, my plant still looks terrible. Any ideas why it looks like the picture below?
