I bought a book recently that also gave an acknowledgment to 420 magazine. The book is called The Quotable Stoner (More than 1,100 baked,lit-up and zonked-out quotes in tribute to (and as a result of) smoking weed) by Holden Blunts. Out of 20 acknowledgments, in the back of the book, 420magazine is listed first. I havent got too far into the book yet but it looks really good with quotes from many different people. Cool.
