i never even thought about this! If LEO wants to keep tabs on you for whatever reason, and they know you have a newer GM, they can get a warrant from GM and see EVERYTHING you do. Could track you from the grow store to the grow, or to someone who buys it from you or you buy from. Could even IMMOBILIZE your vehicle if they wanted to!!!!! JESUS!!!! Yeah if anyone has a GM with this onstar crap they should just find out what wire are what and cut that shit. Talk about bigbrother. Jesus.

...imagine them trying to track hundreds of thousands of daily commutes and trying to figure out which stopped at that hydro store next to the gas station...or the one next to the dentists office...get my drift?
gps is not that accurate, nor do they have the time or inclination to tweak it to show such an infintesimal sample.

you wouldn't manually sift through the data, you'd have a computer(s) do that for you, it wouldn't be that difficult really, the most difficult part would be writing the software and a lot of the pieces required are already in existence so you wouldn't even need to write all of it from scratch

And they DON'T need a warrant to do that any more.Just walk up to your car at night step on your lawn or driveway and stick it on your vehicle,walk away.Then they can follow where you go,and it stands up in court.Thats what sux.So much for the 4th amendment.
Now if your vehicle is in a garage they cant do that,just saying.
This whole prohibition thing along with the Patriot act took some of our rights as Americans away.I wonder if we will ever get them back.........
