I second the storage area. It's a simple and effective answer. I still haven't came up with a reason for the hum of the fan but it hasn't came up yet. I keep doors locked and don't allow guests free roam of the house. My grow is located in an area that no guest would normally be in without me being present. The gay playpen is a good idea, sort of, until someone propositions you.
i dont explain anything.that reminds me block party tomorrow. yall can pee out back by the tree or go to the restaurant down the street. theres a bowl of weed and papers on the porch

i trust my first instincts on a person, have told 3 people i had really just met, 2 i havent seen for years and one is a grower i just lost contact with. never a problem. started him growing.
if there is something that says to me, "aha, dont tell that one" i just wont (and if i get that, why would i want further contact?) quite rare that i get the feeling that i should share.
mjeh, nothing i sweat over, wont tell anyone unless the heart tells me.
though in my case, its not a big deal, lol i never have people over.
i really have just lost the interest for most conversations always was a loner too, delight in reading books or climbing a mountain alone
besides, the grow runs at night and looks like a ikea closet when the fan´s off.
even if the occasional fuckwit wanders in, no problem (im always in anyway and if its a guest, then its the wife´s and i would ask
"this is my room,im making music here, why the fuck are you bothering me?"
(oh dont really need to, just give them a withering look)

I'm building a sculpture out of toothpicks in there. It's a work in progress, and I don't feel I'm ready to show it yet. I usually don't tell people that's what's in there. I feel that people will think I'm odd for building large modern art

hahaha i couldnt let peeps in if i wanted, got ducting running up and down my stairs along with 7 6inch holes goin through 3 doors lol, only my grow buddy and my dog have ever been in my place, they the only 2 that knows where it is lol, not 1 member of my fam has a clue where i live, im by no means a recluse just means if i wanna see some1 i gotta go out, certainly not a prob for me cos i know that if anything does happen at mine it will be from the mistake i made not some1 elses

I bought a peavy bass amp that way. was at a friend's house, he had a garage that no one used, since he had no car, and used it as storage, I ended up buying from him not only the amp, but an old fender bass precision, a mountain bike and a grill lol

You broke the cardinal rule do not tell anyone, That's the way most people on here say anyway, I'm not telling you how to live, I haven't told my step son yet & our 4 yr. old grandson comes over as well as them! So do what you want do!!!!!
