Looks early to me also. I like to wait on amber. I know a week or 2 will make all the difference on the world for quality. I like to wait until the plant gets that gold tint.

its obvious why im so impatiant, last year i had no problem because even if i harvested 4 plant , i still had 50 more and could afford the miscalulation....

long story short, plant more bushes it gives peace of mind, small crops are stressful and they suck d*ck!

Checked rain guage this morning... my poor plants got 5 inches last night! I shook them gently to remove excess water and sort of parted the denser buds ...amazingly they seemed sort of dry inside.....hoping for the best...... but Im wondering if im crazy or is it possible that the rain could wash off some of the resin glands? They just didn't seem to be as frosty today. Anyone else ever noticed a decrease in frost after a hard rain?

Ha! you busted me man.... The cuffs I use to put on the ripper right before I push him down the old abandoned well Nah, those aren't cuffs, it's my cell phone case. but yes, you correctly identified my gun. It's used for intimidation purposes....... (laughs) No, The tiny lil girl pistol is for protection since i'm miles from nowhere deep in the woods every day.

That dainty little thing'll get 'er done. If you're that deep, exercise your full rights... I suggest a carbine with some optics and a fore-grip. Torch light for them night ops.
A bit overkill, as some would suggest, but I like to be prepared. A firefight is a firefight.
That NAA .22 short is still damn sexy.


I bet you'd really love the Kel Tech .380... if I had a wife, I'd make sure she doesn't leave home without it.
I gotta' be honest, I can't do revolvers. I'll trade reliability for speed and capacity. But what can I say, I'm just one of these young gunn kids these days.

In regards to your flowers... do you have a microscope/loop that you can use to check the trichomes? It's getting really close. Some people might pick it now for fear of mold, or if the trichs are still a little clear but mostly cloudy, some might like this upbeat racy high. I like to really wait it out and let my girls mature. I'm usually looking for a deep sedative stone though, so I like my trichs at least 75% milky, 25% amber. I love to get it right where the amber heads are popping and you get a little degradation which will elevate your CBN, CBD's...etc. Great for pain.

If it's gonna' be rainy at night, try and cover your girl with a garbage bag if you can. But if the plant is already wet, and with the right temperatures you can create mold you don't have. It's a razors edge.
I say just stick it out and keep your fingers crossed.
Not to mention a lot of plants pack on a good 30% of their weight in the last couple weeks of flower. You'll be rewarded for your patience.

My ex bf grower mailed me 8 seeds of which he developed and had named after a beloved family member of mine and then told me "I was on my own"......nice huh?! So naturally I was anxious to keep it viable plus it WAS killa .I have never purchased or grown weed before.Out of 8 seeds 4 females / 4 males. After going through everything....bacterial leaf rot, worrying about it being found, worrying about animals trampling it , insects, bud rot ect. ( well you know all the pitfalls) ive been like a new parent having a baby and these last few days you know how anything can go wrong.... and then about a week ago one of the main colas broke off due to the weight of the bud (it was 2 ft. long) instead of wasting it, and on the off chance it might still get me high, I dryed it and it is now curing in jars... but I just couldn't stand it and smoked some on the 5 th day after harvesting it... really I was expecting the worst ...maybe just a headache, but IT WAS AWESOME.. very clear head long lasting high...Just imagine how good it's gonna be when it matures. I really was shocked how good it was. Anyway Im rambling on cause im high, but im gonna hang in there and check daily for bud rot and go ahead and get a scope . And thanks for the gun suggestion , Im definately gonna check out the Kel Tec 38

I was just playing around about posting a pic lil skunk, too funny. A pretty single blonde mj cultivator....... you will go over well on this site ! Now I was just joking around, wait until all the creepers pop out of the woodworks. Some of us have been tending our plants all Summer and haven't seen a woman in ages, lol.

So I hope that you were able make some seed out of this to keep this strain going ? Because it sounds like it's pretty meaningful to you aside from the bum who apparently developed this strain. Best of luck with your harvest !

] , Yes it IS and letting this strain die would be unconciousable .But it has been so exciting, growing these babies and despite all the anxiety I've had regarding their well being, I am very pleased with the outcome.When they were only about 18 inches high ...a locust( or something like that )gnawed about a 2 inch long and half of the diameter of the trunk gash on 2 plants( That was before I had sexed the plants ), so I knew everbody had to be saved and I made a rather pathetic splint the best I could. Well, it worked beautifully and sure enough, they turned out to be females , so I was glad I made the effort.
3 other plants (I had planted in another location) , i later decided ,wasnt getting enough sun., so after 2 weeks of toting water up and down a steep cliff .. I dug them up and moved them to a sunnier place...( They got HUGE 7 feet) before I cut them down cause It took me that long to discover they were males.. The fan leaves were twice the size of my hands. Anyway these babies have been through a lot and they are survivors and flourished despite all the crap they've been through.1female got pollinated and so now Im guessing 300 or so seed..... which I guess I need to share with everyone here on icmag that has so patiently answered my dumb newbie questions and not turned nasty (which I know some of these members on here will do from time to time) I really have fallen under the "growing" spell and although this has been for personal reasons and personal use, I now have the utmost respect for those who do this for a living.

2) You just now provided one (name) for all to see in your post
3) I didnt bash anyone unless you want to call my statement "Nice Huh?!'' bashing
4) you stated "he was kind to you"... Do you live next door to me and observe if people treat me kindly? Of course not. To make a judgement about weather someone is kind to me or not is ridiculous unless you are present and observe first hand.

dont get a kel-tec unless you want a jam-master. i guess its good to have a cheap throw away style gun, but it helps if it actually works when you need it. a buddy talked me into one, big mistake. it was my first/last cheap gun. i read reviews on it after i bought it, and a promptly sold it to that idiot "friend"

Yeah , I was amazed it had such a good high cuz it was taken waaaay too early....actually it bent over due to the weight of the bud (and probably improper staking on my part) but anyhow, it was just amazing.... and i really expected it to be harsh after only 5 days , but it was a real smooth smoke.
Dont get me started on guns, SO many guns , so few hands to shoot them with.....! so glad that we americans have the freedom to have them . The only reason I keep that lil girl gun on me is that it is so small and doesnt get in my way or slow me down.Inevitably when I have to kill a snake, I usually run to the truck and get a shotgun.
