opening up a club

I plan to open up a club a year from now when my home state is medical. I have about 150K of legitimate monies to put into this. I also have enough for a 20K watt grow operation to satisfy this end if I end up having to grow it all myself.

Am I in the ballpark financially?

do you haver extra put away for when the feds bust your ass? your only legal till the feds show up. i have watched a few so called legal clubs/dispensaries busted even one i was a member of. good luck

yes you have enough money (assuming you have at least $20k set aside for lawyers) but that is one huge risk you are taking with all that money. Just be sure to think everything through before you take the leap and lose all that hard earned money.

if the feds step in its all gone. feds dont recognise medical mj and any money involved in what they consider criminal will be gone

legal or not, if you use it to buy/sell cannabis (even if legal on the state level) once its used for federally illegal activities its no longer 'clean'. The feds could seize it all (or try to) easily.


yeah if you dont have 20k of that budgeted for bail/lawyers, do so asap.

if you dont have medical in your state yet, and will be within the year, there will be competition however you're gonna be the new people to fuck with as far as any asshole LEO is concerned.

co ops in Cali still get fucked with regularly so don't assume anything in regards to "but its legal!".

this last session... all sorts of people told me of how all sorts of power players were set to allow a dispensary system in nevada... suits, plane trips, financials, many, many conference calls, a bunch of contracts... nothing... zippo. kinda not so funny, but even the talk ain't so cheap... ;-)
