I don't like the fact that they have so many commericals for such a long time...

Geez...perhaps just not subscribe to their service.

I have been very happy with netflix and the entertainment it has provided me monthly for under the price of 2 value meals.

How is netflix fucking you again? Making you pay separately for a dvd service and for a streaming service? Why not either just enjoy the service they offer or do something else?

fab, a movie worth watching is worth owning? That sounds silly to me. How would you know if a movie is worth watching and/or owning if you havnt seen it yet? I am a movie fan, but just dont see the purpose of owning movies. How many times do you intend to watch it? I surely wouldnt want to be purchasing movies only to find that its not worth watching..let alone owning.

Geez...You're pretty naive to think their actions don't effect the entire industry. Don't you think their actions were paramount in the demise of Blockbuster, and that it was calculated? And I did cancel my service, ace.

For people who stick their head in the sand, just be aware your ass is exposed and you can't even see it coming. But maybe you like that?

I try not to be so judgmental of people, only of big business when they effect me. If someone wants to collect movies, their hobby has absolutely no effect on me. I personally just feel once I've seen a movie I don't need to see it again.

Fuck as in increase prices but lessen service. But, then again, it's actually genius to screw people and not have them know you're doing it. Just be happy. Give them all your shit. Happy, happy, joy, joy. Screw this, I'm out.

I know this wasn't your point, but I often stream netflix to my PC and watch stuff while I'm watering my plants.

Also, you can stream your netflix to your smartphone and watch a movie while you're waiting in line for a concert or in a long line at the grocery store, or sitting in your car waiting for your girl to finish shopping for nick-knacks that you have no interest in.

For $8 a month? To do all that? Hells yes, son!

yeah but when you wanna watch that new movie on streaming... you can't.

theres some good stuff on the streaming, but if you want access to the newer material, the stuff you HAVEN'T already seen, you're shit outta luck.

who wants to watch documentaries and movies from the 90's all the time?

If a new movie comes out that looks worth seeing, I generally see it in the theater. If it was one of those movies that I think, "I'll wait til it comes out on DVD" then I just rent it at RedBox or wait a few more years. Thousands of movies, tv shows, etc. come out every year. I don't think I'm going to lose sleep if I wait five more years to see "The Smurfs" or "Rise of the Planet of the Apes."
