jack herer or kali mist for the best clear happy up high?

im down to these 2 strains to buy for my next grow,i have already ordered gholden tiger,but i want one of these as well.of the 2 strains which one would you recommend for a clear,happy,motivational,up high?the both yield good,and both finish around the same time,i think a few phenos of the kali would go a little longer,but im leaning towards sa****s jack because its cheaper and there are some great reports on it.does the jack taste good?there is 1 more strain im thinking of and thats spacejill or possibly vortex

kali mist is better for the up !!! jack to me has a hell of a lot more body stone !!

Hmm It really depends I guess on your pheno selection. Ran across some Jack Herer that actually put me in the hospital. Well not directly, but I had some complications and the heart racing effects of the Jack complicated it way worse. Still rocking the band atm lol.

Sigh anyways I digress. The jack I had that night was a 100% mindfuck. Best high I've experienced so far period. 100% in the head without any body stone what so ever. It was a "dream-like" experience. It cut straight through the previous gravity bowl of premium Afghani Sour which previous to the Jack, was the most potent strain I've come across.

I shall forever go on a serious pheno hunt until I find that pheno. Taste was spicy, smell was sort of fruity but had to stick face in bud, not pungent at all. However it was out and about and passed through many hands, so that could be why the smell wasn't as pronounced.

Kali mist for the day.
If you want a clear,happy,motivational,up high the c99 is for you.
Easy to grow and fast with a good fruity taste and don't forget it's a jack herer.

I'd go for the Kali Mist. The high is not always entirely clear as such, in my opinion, but it is quite motivational and very cerebral. Jack Herer is a little - but not much - more indica-dominant in its effects, and although it's quite close to the criteria you offered, Kali Mist is more so.

Yall it totally depends on the phenotypes you find!! and if it was cut too soon etc... don't judge off of anything you've smoked... You gotta grow it all and pay attention to the phenos.

I've grown Kali Mist a long time ago and I am definitely going to order some more to find that lovely pheno again. Party weed, pantydropper weed, frisbee weed, dancin' weed.

That pheno had a shorter flowering period too.. and tasted like hashy chocolate. I've read here and there that Simon has continued working on the kali mist, getting the flowering period down... so I'm looking forward to checking it out again.

I can't say anything about Jack Herer other than I would like to try growing it one day and find a great pheno with it too!

Both plants are "domesticated indoor hazes", jack herer, has some heavy indica influece so I woudln't really expect a very uppy high! Golden Tiger is an amazing plant IMHO... a little bit into the introspective side of a high, due to the Malawi influence, but great stuff definitely!

I would recommend instead the kali/jack some quality haze hybrids like Skunk x Haze, Haze X Skunk or ThaiHaze X Skunk... Neville's haze, or alternative sativas like Destroyer, Panama, Guawi, Bangui Haze, Satori, Celestial Temple Sativa, etc...

If you wanna get quality Kali/western winds or Jack's, you better try to get nice selected cuts from old stock... or maybe Karma Jack's from Karma Genetics.

i have had what i consider good examples of both. the jh was strong and had a good flavor, the kali mist was mellow and cerebral...

not a hijack, but i strongly recommend Mango haze from shanti if it is the sativa effect you are after. clear, strong, and long lasting, this is the best haze effect i can remember. ( the jamacian i had once in the 60's was outstanding sativa, but that was a long time ago...)

I am with you mango haze from Mr.nice seed bank. check out his forum on this site and his home site. i have never had any before but i have read soo many reports that every pheno is a keeper.except the too longer flowering phenos like 16 week flowering plants. i have been growing kalimist for 7 years .from seeds i made from a pack .and its one of the top sativas you can buy to day. i have some (JLP SDXOGBX1) x KALIMIST. and it will lay you out. i have been sneaking a bud hear and there when dry. n ow i will let it cure for 3 months. good luck

yeah i remember reading that the KM was changed some years back but there were still some fire phenos to be found if ya know the right people. it's probably got quite a few other names by now. new sexy name game...
