Here are a few pics from my new grow, I am going to be updating this with info as often as I can. The roots are just starting to come through now. I have a screen that I will be adding shortly and away we go.

The plants have a light case of mites at the moment and cant wait to kill them little beggers.

What I would recomend is a product called Rapid Root from Genreal Hyrdophonics. That stuff is the BOMB and its good for soilless medium and soil mediun. I used it in my 5 gallon dwc buckets I had before going back to soil. Its main focus is Roots.

Wow .... nice roots there, really white .....

Give them a week and you'll have job lifting the root mass out .... Trainwreck in DWC grows quickly and the plants love it

Any pics of the tops?

Cheers BD they are looking better after a dose of Plant Vitality + roots are coming fast now, one plant is almost reaching the screen and the other is just short. I will add some more pics tomoz and like you say a friend told me that the trainwreck takes off once big roots are established so i guess its gonna be a battle of keeping them girls under the screen until it fills and the flip and :jump::dance013:

Running dwc?

H202, hydrogen peroxide. Start using it, its hard to overdose as it burns out of the rez fairly fast, keeps bad bacteria at bay, and introduces additional oxygen into the water. For me, I use 3% solution, and give a very liberal splash into each 5 gallon bucket, once per day.

Others recommend bleach, however I have no experience with it.

The roots on one of my plants started to get root rot. I added 3 drops to my 3.5gal dwc and the next day my roots were white as a babies bottom and had doubled over night. I have added superthrive to my feeding schedule. I will be using it with every grow, adding it at week two in veg only.
Works for me.
