my girl came up with a good one i think;

the shorter of the 2 of you go as Napoleon and the other as a stick of TNT.

napoleon + dynamite = napoleon dynamite

The pimp an ho is pretty funny. My wife and I went as Velvet Jones and his ho to a party. I had a gold tooth and the whole nine yards with the hat, cane and pumps.

You could also go as the number 69. That would be a gas.
