ok, here's my bullshit. thanks for the help.
tahoe is entering 6 week of flower. is on 8/16 GH Lucas mix. have been adding pro-tek silica to that, and the ppm has been
around 900-1100 the last few days. she went up a bit higher last week, but i decided to run her low this first run. pH has
been in the high 5s. she's a foot or so under a 600, with sidelighting from a 1k.
the lower lightening/fading and also the development of necrotic edges on upper leaves has been happening for maybe a week
now. a week it's been noticeable fully. slight signs, like leaf margin crispness almost 2 weeks ago. some leaves had the
bright/bleached areas on them, some had the faded-to-light-green with gray/brown splotches.
overall plant health is good still. firming up, golfball sized nugs are connecting up the colas.
because of the lower leaves i'm thinking its Mg.
i added a low dose of ca+mg from GH general organic line.
i'm not running organic, just the damn lettering looks FN identical on the GH and GO logo. kinda dumb, i'll claim that.
the blue dream is in week 6 also, has been in GH Lucas 8/16 running around 1000 ppm. also had some silica in that one.
same pH. i cleaned its reservoir out and added half the nutes, and a tsp/5gal of MOAB bloom fert like an hour ago. also added some ca+mg. just a bit.
i'm not really sure what the blue dream is. potassium toxicity? the dyna grow bottle i used has leaked some liquid out, so
it's more potent than it should be. i just figured that out. as soon as i can find a gallon container, i'll add 1tsp to
water and the label says i should be at 100ppm. but i don't have one atm.
oh yeah, the blue dream has a few leaves with crispy edges, as pictured. only on the edges though. the dotted leaves don't have dead edges, vice versa. [some of the smaller tahoe leaves (newer-ish) have the same gray dead areas pictures, but on more of the leaf, and no lightening.] they point upwards too,
kinda curling, which i've seen before with a mag deficiency...
the blue dream pics have been through a contrast filter to show a more accurate contrast/color. my cameras white balance
went shit on those two.
thanks for the help
the nugs are a thickening!
for now!
