There are no victims in this world and there are no villains; there are only volunteers.

Everything that happens to you was preordained by you to become reality, so embrace that which is the expression of Self and move on.

shit is TOTALLY random, and people rarely get what they deserve ! it's a roll of the dice, so if you crap out, pick the fuckin' things up and keep rolling instead of crying in your beer and leaving the game. the dice don't hate you so get off the couch and play as hard as you can

Actually personality is a construct and consciousness is everywhere.
What you are feeling as being "you" is just one part of that consciousness reflecting your contruct of personality.

Other words "being you" is an illusion but you dont need to fully understand that. Just:
Dont take yourself too serious.
It'll help you and everyone else in every situation.

Some things have to be experienced to really appreciate.

All my kids are now in their 20's. When they were young, every time I busted them doing something they shouldn't have, they were clueless as to how I knew they were up to something. I would tell them "Because I was your age once and I haven't forgotten what it was like."

And now, when I predict their behavior, they are still in wonder how I knew what they were going to do. And my answer still remains the same.

We can give you advice. You may or may not take it to heart. But I can assure you that you will make some mistakes, and those are the real lessons. Learn from your mistakes, or you will repeat them, over and over.

Always act like your saintly Grandma is watching you.

Unless Grannie doesn't like weed. Then tell the old bag to get stuffed.

Well I'm just confused about whether I'm old or young....where does almost 31 fit? Lol;)

I think that would qualify you as a baby girl from where my old ass is looking back at it. Or at the very least my very young mistress during my up coming midlife crisis, hehehe

Do not ingest anything that is unnatural. If you can't tell what it is before you ingest it it is not natural.

Measure twice, cut once.

Live in moderation, not extremes.

This is all stuff older people told me and I was too stupid to listen to. It is all pretty much in order of importance.

1) Get a college education (minimum M.S. or equivalent degree), or some professional training in a field that you can tolerate and which will allow you to be employable. The kids out there in their early 20's flippin lbs right now will find things are way different after their mid thirties.

2) Save money, and stash your cash away. Resist the impulse to spend your money on shiny gadgets, cars, trucks, etc...Find a safe place to stash it as there will come a day that you are unable to work due to health/age/economy and will need that money.

3) Stay away from people who are not motivated, they will just drag you down into their misery.

4) Keep a low profile. If you are flipping in a non-med state don't deal with people you do not know well.

5) Stay away from women who are "takers".

I could add alot more, but I simply can not emphasize the first two enough.

If a person were to get educated/trained, get a good job that pays well and buy some property that is fairly secluded/isolated, they could grow, flip their shit and have a steady day job that pays well. If they were to play their cards right they could retire in their mid 40's/early 50's.
