other than losing my ticket the first night and having to buy a stands seat and sneak onto the field, the colorado run was unbelievably smooth and fun. beautiful weather, beautiful people, beautiful music. bust outs that hadn't been played since the mid 90s.

Last time I saw them in VT it was one of most fun times I ever had at a show and the music wasnt too shabby either.....3-18-97. It was funny becasue I was on spring break and flew up from NC to BTV to "reup" on the purps that were everywhere back then and found out w/in 5 mins they announced the show.

Was going to ask if you "Waterwheel'd) it but saw the whole post. I havent been this excited for a show since 3-6-09 and I'm not even going! I'll be sitting on the couch probably wishing I went after they open with Farmhouse(yes I love this tune). I think its going to be an EPIC show or a total let down only because expectations are high all around.
In case you missed it....check out the video of how long the line was on Saturday when the Flynn opened its windows for the local on sale. The funny thing is when they turned around(I would say around the 2 min mark of the video), they actually were in front of the house that Phish rented out way back in the day(you cant see it but being from BTV and growing up there I know this town/city like the back of my hand). Anyone going? I'm very surprised to see the lack of posts seeing as though this is a charity event and Phish is returning to VT.

Phuckers denied my request for a pair of the $250 tickets thru lottery. In my opinion the band truly blew it on this. They should have filled all of the $250 ticket requests first, and then if any tickets to the show were left, sell em at $75. It is a charity show after all. I heard they only had 4000 tickets at the box office and they were gone in under an hour saturday morning. My friends that scored tickets were in line for like 16 hours. Me, I'll be on the couch!

I must say couch tour is great I may never go to a show live again hahaha. NOT 
edit: should I set up my projector for this even though it maxes out at 1024x768? At full screen I will have the black bars top and bottom and probably lose a little quality. Its that or this 24" widescreen on my comp which is crisp and clean and no caffeine! Leaning towards the monitor over the projector as it will be tough to black out my viewing room for a 7pm start time.

Typical benefit/festival type show. I had itup on my 42" LCD. Wish it was broadcast in 1080p, still was fun to watch live on the big screen though.
1080p would be great, but I get a hiccup or two even with the resolution they stream in. 1080p would bog it down that much more.
