Administer to Cerebral Palsy

Hello. This a uestion about how to administer cannabis to someone unable to voluntarily move many of her muscles because of their spasms.

I have been asked something that is stumping me. A little girl with CB has parents who want to try cannabis as a way to ease her muscle spasms. She is fed through an IV, but takes breathing treatments. Smoking and eating the meds is not an option. Are there any other way to administer that could be useful for this?

So far as I know, she is unable to swollow without a severe risk of choking so she is fed through IV.

is it an IV or a feeding tube?
If it is a feeding tube it should be ok.
