Festivals in Canada

Hey guys, im currently living in Upstate NY and never hear about any of the festivals, cool events etc. Are there pot festivals up ther? (ontario, quebec)? I want to start goin to canada more often, ide love to move up there someday.

Global marijuana march is the first saturday in may, the biggest march in north america.

Harvest festival is in september, its like a smaller Shambala. Lasers, music, art, everyone is smoking etc. Good Times!

looks cool, how many people attend that one near toronto, is it actually a marijuana festival or just an autumn "harvest fest" for gardners etc..?

The ones in maine have up to 10,000 supportin the cause, check em out, heres the links

Harvest festival is held on 100acres, its hard for me to estimate the numbers, but for the big party on saturday night, there must be over 5k there...

The 3rd Annual TY Expo is being held on May 25 - 27, 2012 at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre located at 255 Front St W. Toronto Ontario.

At the 3rd Expo there will be

Harvest festival is awesome!! a lot of effort goes into organizing it etc. and it has a great vibe/high quality installations and acts!

I will say that as with anything that increases in popularity/attendance( internet exposure)- non desirable things start to happen.I have heard of the odd negative thing the last couple years (with some not so scene friendly people attending) of course nothing on the level of something like WEMF and tent content theft etc.

Of course positive things dominate-there is even an impromptu parent -take care of kids - zone being set up away from the main event -for parents wanting to share caring duties and still be able to do adult things too.

The current site is spectacular and unique but I do miss the smaller/"cozier" setting/vibe that the old farm had ( In the era of Boreal and Om)...then it was mainly people who all "knew" each other for the most part.

All in all-Hands down still one of THE best parties of the year-well worth attending! Sept 16-18th

Unfortunately i ended up missing all harvest fests....too busy trimming lol..

Hopefully the weather is nice next spring so i can get all my plants out before that Expo in toronto!

New years is approaching, probably gonna head up to montreal, any club reccomendations?
