Good question, you may be right.

I'm sure someone will comment in here to say FUCK THE CLUBS! but if you are new to a med state they are a reliable outlet to sell herb.

Maybe one can donate to collectives ? or direct to patients, delivery services, etc.. idk!

not exactly and definitely not period. 215 and SB 420 allow "cost recovery" to occur which is essentially sales. as long as you are a member of the collective/dispensary, trading weed for money is considered "cost recovery." if you do these types of transactions according to the board of equalization, you should have a medical marijuana "sellers" permit and pay taxes. it may not be called sales per se, but you should have a sellers permit and money is legally traded for weed.

hey tg i noticed he didnt actually say sales, he asked about vending, which is legal for sure. You are allowed to vend your extra meds to a club and they compensate you for your donation. Its like how they do it on pbs and other non profits, you donate a certain ammount of money and they donate to you a nice shirt or dvd or whatever. You donate a half pound they donate a g... The wording is what is key here, sales no, donating yes!
