The ROORs I get are from the ROOR distribution center in LA, the ones I;m buying are rejects from the manufacture. I doubt Roor is selling fake Roors. but for $30 who really cares

I broke my $160 bong the other day. Was bummed and trying to get it fixed locally. Now looking at something along the lines of a Nate Dizzle. Check out the vid on grasscity of it getting hit and you will want one too. I have got a used 20 year old lawnmower, so I don't mind saving up $900 to spend on something quality. My grass is more important than my grass....

Nate Dizzle's shit is unreal bro. Buying an expensive piece is a matter of personal preference. I like to spoil myself because I get enjoyment out of it, that's what matters. I love my toro circ circ like a member of my family. After years of smoking tin foil pipes and dasani bongs, now I like to puff on something a little more substantial.
No one where I live knows I smoke, so it's okay to have nice glass you don't have to worry about people breaking.

Here's one that resists breakage. It's a thick, beaker SYN and it's ~$100.00. The glass is 1/4" thick and the bottom is substantially thicker. Even the slide nipple is reinforced. I've bumped it on the sink, the faucet and against sandstone vernier. Obviously it can break so I'm crossing my fingers.

with my RooR I would tip it over and ding it but it never cracked and this is like twice as thick. I broke the downstem/bowl though - I passed out on my ass against the wall and squished the bong with like 3000 pounds of force. Bong itself was fine. I think you'll be good.
It ain't sexy like thin glass but I can't manage those. I just want something easy to clean and glass is good for that.
I wish US Bongs still made those acrylic and tube giants. They got cruddy though, bought a hundred of em.

I have a $60 bong I got from the arab-american smoke shop. I keep it in another room, smoke there and hang out in the main area. I think keeping it in another room limits the exposure to knock downs and shiz.
Can we turn this into a how not to break your bong tip thread? Even worse is getting bong water in the carpet.... would rather have a broken bong than bong water
AVOID BREAKING BONG TIPS
1) keep bong off the floor
2) buy bong with thick glass
3) keep bong out of high traffic areas
4) put bong in place where if it breaks, bong water wont get into carpet. like in the room you shit in
5) Keep bong stored above elbow level to avoid being knocked off
6) When cleaning bong, make sure the water is room temperature and avoid knocking any part against the side of the sink
and uh.... the sour bubble has kicked in folks

I got mine at Octopus Garden in Asheville NC. Didn't see a web site, not sure if they ship. But their phone number is 828-232-6030. Sorry it ain't toll free, another reason I suspect they don't ship. But they might tell you who ships or sells in your area.
They had another SYN, a little larger with thinner glass. It was only $80. I'm a bull so I didn't buy the china.
