Update 43 days 12/12

Thanks for stopping in Mac. I still have gnats but only a cpl. Im still getting a little pm also but nuthing outta control.

Had to stake the Diesel today. It was flopping all over the place and I needed to empty my buckets so it was time to take care of that. Also tied up a White Rhino. Getting heavy! It will be my best yielder with the OC right behind it. The OC will finish first though it has a lot of cloudy trics. WR still has mostly clear along with all the others.

And the smells are really starting to come out.
Raw Diesel- Spicey, Hashy
Sour47- Lemon,Diesel
White Rhino and the HDF- Strong citrusy
Orange Crush-Skunky Sweet Fruit,Musky

Im going to start cutting the nutes down tomorrow and prob start flushing towards the end of next week.Im also going to cut my watering down to once a day when I start the flush.
Mixed up 4 new bottles of co2.

Sorry I dont have any pics. Still looking for a camera. :tiphat:

bud muncher Very NICE !! looks like your gonna end up with some very nice smoke.. plants are looking HEALTHY !! fungus gnat i hate them !! Coco is organic and tends to decompose and releases nitrates which atracts them fuckers the ones flying around dont harm your plants but keep an eye out in your medium they can lay larvae which will eat your tiny roots and increases the risk of root disease they are like little white maggots in your medium, i remember my first grow i could see them fukers in my medium grrrrrrrr.

havent dealt much with pm just now they start from the outside of your leaves and works towards the middle and the main cause is stale air and can really fuk your buds but i couldnt see any on those last pics, could only see nice frosty buds :D

Defenitely following this one man Those BUDSHOTs are awesome nice camera work man

Ah fungus gnats. I've had really good luck with a soil drench of spinosad. It's organic and plants are unaffected. Insects aren't so lucky. I use the Green Light brand from lowe's. Search and there are other brands. I submerge the root ball till only a few bubbles are coming out. Does the job, and non toxic to humans. Good luck. -granger

Yeah, at this point its on cruise control to the finish. Flush flush flush. Im really impressed with the quality of the OC herb. Very potent for a 7 week tester bud. Ill have some WR tomorrow to try out. The coco rocks! And so does the Maxi. It took me where I needed to go with this grow.It doesn't get much easier.

howske, glad you have enjoyed the thread and I'm glad I could contribute to this forum.

Granger2, Im def going to do some preventative to take care of the gnats on the next round. I kept them at bay but I can do better.

Excellent skills bro

Excellent skills bro

Not only am I excited by your approach to the grow as I am focusing on KISS and looking to possibly switch to a coco focused run....
It's your pics, Munch. Those are some of the best fucking shots I have ever seen here and I lurk a LOT. Not only beautiful pic setup and presentation... they really are illustrating the progress of your project here.
I am profoundly impressed!:artist:

That was interesting as I am working with the K.I.S.S. Method also in coco. I have ran this method in soil and want to see the difference in coco. You give me inspiration,Thanks!

Sorry guys, hate to necro this, although a nice thread.

I am very confused here...are people using Maxibloom from Veg and flower? I see what the Op wrote, seems that way, as well as the Soil KISS thread . I have some Maxi and coco freshly transplanted, more of my test grow to see if I like this. Im sorry I just need another confirmation, that..this is the case. Maxi/cal mag < ro > water for me from the get go?

Thanks, and sorry for the necroing this lol

trips

Disregard - I was out of my mind last night.............do not figure this shit out on Mushrooms.

This dude pushed me over the edge to try coco. I had a strain I grew in dirt and hated the results. I had 10 I was going to toss. I looked around and realized I had a couple bags of coco a few smart pots and some maxi bloom; figured what the hell. Dude I will never grow in dirt again.

I was lazy so I used the rez. I keep my RO water in. Installed a 1000 gallon per hour pump. Used equal parts of Cal Mag to maxi, ran ppm at 1200; as the ro topped off it would run down to 800 over a week. The hardest part was getting the intervals down. I spent the money and bought a Senital timer. 8 seconds on every 1hour and 20 minutes. Drain to waste. The shit doesn't even look like the same strain. Chopper her down now. The frost is insane. I spent a total of an hour in the garden the whole grow. I did run a scrog net over the top.

Thank you, thank you, thank you.

If I didn't have half the stuff laying around, not sure if I would have ever tried. Needless to say I'm vegging in coco and smart pots as of now. Still in disbelief of ease of operation.

Did I already say thank you.

Sorry for the lag guys just got the internet hooked back up. I used the Maxi for veg and bloom. Also 1/4 strength on clones.
19z's off that round. Everything was potent and tasty. Now im on gh 2 part and all is well. Coco is easy just keep it moist and ph balanced. feed 2 times a day lights on. Gravy baby!!!

hey bro. I just put my seeds in paper towel to pop. This will be my first coco grow after using ebb n gro last 5 years. My question is what should I plant to after they sprout? I normally go to 1inch rockwool then right to hydroton but this is first coco experience. Should I put the sprouts in 1 gallon coco pots? im running 12 of the og #18 and 12 sour kush from R.P. and 6pre98 fro cali connection to select a mother. This will be my first change of strains in years and hope these are dank.. thanx for the help and great thread cuh!
