surprised there's not more interest in this. I've been checking the site like 3 times a day, lol.

I find it interesting that the vast majority of the bust are for MJ and that I am only seeing a couple for Meth and Heroin. To this day I can show you where they are dealing crack, H and meth every day and night of the week. It not like its a big secret that no one knows about. The cops in the area know about these dealers house and yet they still keep busting the MJ growers? Yes I know the reasons for this but they still don't make any sense to me.

Ya I thought it was odd that there were so few busts for hard drugs being reported.

I've been trying to gauge the climate in my state for a while, and it's tough cause there's very little in the news. I'm in the upper midwest, in a batch of states that hasn't seen a single story reported on this site in a week. And I can only recall (or find with google) and handful of MJ busts in the state over the years. I don't know whether to be concerned or relieved about that .

the key words here are "reported in the media" around here most busts do not make the news and in many places no drug busts make the news

nice link tho

Why do people find it 'so interesting' that the majority of these busts are for cannabis?

WE ARE THE LOW HANGING FRUIT. Its big business to turn people into criminals and most of all - defend them in a court of law. Like Ive said before, its not necessarily the fault of the cops, its the fault of the lawyers that are hired to 'defend' us. Todays defense attorney is tomorrows politician.
