I have osteoarthritis -which is a bitch but nothing like p.a.- and all strains seem to help but an Indica is best. Let it flower so that 50% of the trichs are amber colored and you´re set.

Evil? I must have missed something. Unless maybe having arthritis makes you evil? Then I guess I'm bad too. :tiphat:

Different bodies must react differently.
Methotrexate, diclofenac (anti-inflammatory), morphine, and sativa oil combine well with me. The oil allows the morphine to work, stand alone the morphine causes toxic reactions. The doctor says it's genetic and even with oil my maximum 24 hour total cannot exceed 20 mg. Better than nothing.

I have arthritis associated with erythrodermic psoriasis. yes, Indica strains worked for me as tinctures.

I have p.a. also, and have found that topical oils are very effective when applied to the inflamed areas. I have been making decoctions with olive oil, and more recently, coconut oil. I think the coconut oil is a little better - it is quite a bit thicker, and works quite well as a massage lubricant.
