How do you guys clean your foliage in DWC?

Quick question for the boards.

How do you guys go about cleaning your plants? I run a DWC setup and had to make some changes in my sealed room that included cutting out some drywall. Although, I did stop all fans and turn the AC down to prevent the shit going everywhere it did. I also covered my plants with a sheet. I still managed to get some of the gypsum on the leaves of my plants. I did hit them with a fan to get most of it off but I am sure there is still some there.

I don't really want to take them outside and spray them lest, I risk outside infestation. I'm just trying to get some ideas on the best way to remove the gypsum from the leaves that I can't see. I considered, wiping the plants down with a clean, wet rag but imagine that their has to be a more efficient way to clean dirty plants. I would rather not smoke gypsum, so let me hear your methods.

i guess you could put them in the shower to rinse them off or just use a spray bottle and let it drip on floor

I dont think theres any secret method to quickly cleaning up your plants. imo your best bet is to mist them, then wipe em down with a rag

Wiping flowering buds may cause trich rupture if the plant is producing. Not the end of the world, but why not avoid it, right?

If it was me, I wouldn't do anything. But if it's driving you nuts, give it a good misting at lights off.

Gotta say this bro, between all your posts I've answered recently, I gotta say, "Calm down dude" :) Hit a bowl, and ponder this - 'Why do we call it weed?'

You've got the equipment, hell, you've got better equipment than most of us. You just tweak your airflow a bit, per the other thread, and let the plant do its thing. Its done this for millenia without human interference, just get out of its way :)

My prescription: Move your fan, go outside and smoke a hogleg j with a bit of Buffet in the background on your deck/patio/porch/patch/window :D
