That suks bro!! Dont feel bad I had 11 girls outside (5 at one, 4 at one and 2 at one). The 5 were gone.....kinda like "scotty beam me up" gone....roots and all gone..The 4 I relocated because of the 5 that went missing and only one survived BUT the last 2 are doing great. So I have 3 out of 11 left.....

we've had great rain here for months. Rains like once or twice a week.
Yes I'm wondering if I start seeds now and have until November 15 like usual, would it be worth it...would it get tall enough, would it start flowering from start, would it be a waste... I have 10 weeks of growing weather left. Is that enough to go from seed to harvest, with it being basically 12/12 from the start?

^you would be surpised buddy....some people are not the brightest. I for one know some washed up drunk old man that works for the railroad, he drives those trucks you see that can drive on the tracks and the road and does maitence. Now, this guy is drunk all the time but thinks weed and all drugs for that matter are disgusting and he tells me he routinely finds people plants growing close to the tracks and he tells me just rips em up and kills em when he finds em so those "bastard" teenagers stop "fucking killing themselves and poisining the schools"

I've had deer take my plants before and leave what looked like a cut stalk. Hoofprints and deer shit everywhere.
About watering:use water crystals and you don't have to worry about it. I have left grows unnatended for over a month with no rain, and they were fine. Get 'em in home depot. About putting plants out now?

Dont matter what the states budget is. I had a park ranger heli find one of my plots this year. I know it was a park ranger because I was hiding from the bastard. Cops came 2 days later.

sorry to hear about the plants ripped. Thats really my worst nightmare this time of year....Ide rather the cops got them, than some lazy cocksucker who doesnt understand the hard work it is to get a crop goin. I wouldnt worry about a game camera at all, with that amount of plants.
